Always friendly, courteous, informational and punctual. Dave recently noticed a noise I had missed. They are true partners in my vehicle maintenance. (Never trying to sell me something that I don?t need. Always excellent service.)

I have purchased both used and new vehicles from Swanson as well as worked with their service department. Doesn't get much better than them, small local business, family owned dealer and the customer service/ attention to detail shows that.

i recently purchased a used vehicle from swanson gmc

i recently purchased a used vehicle from swanson gmc dealership and i have to say it was the best experience i have ever had purchasing a vehicle. everyone is super friendly and helpful. being a women i have to say this i felt like they had my best interest in mind . no pressure, explained what needed to be explained and answered all my questions . i would strongly recommend this dealership . there is a lot to be said for a smaller family run business .

A lot of scheduled maintenance had to be done , and state inspection. It was done when promised and at a reasonable price .

My family and I were driving from VA to a wedding in MA,...

My family and I were driving from VA to a wedding in MA, in our 2017 GMC Yukon Denali, when we began experiencing problems with the brake system. We called Swanson Buick GMC from the road and spoke to Ken in the service department. Although they were fully booked and were heading into a holiday weekend, Ken agreed to take a look at our car. We dropped it off that evening and the car was fixed by late afternoon the next day. Ken and the entire service department were amazing. We cannot thank them enough for going above and beyond and keeping our family safe on our road trip. Thank you so much!
