I went to another dealership in Hudson to have work done on my car. BIG MISTAKE. I had a Tech bulletin in hand describing the problem. They said there was no sign of that problem. They put in other parts and charged me a lot. 142 miles later the problem came back. I called Dave and Ken, who I have dealt with before. I told them my experience I had and they said let us take a look. The service i received was top notch. Dave and Ken and their team are skilled and honest. I won't be going to Copeland for for service. Drive the 8 extra miles and get it done right. Steve D.

I have been a customer of Swanson's for many years , I believe it started in 1973 , there has been many vehicles purchased from Swanson's , I trust their service department and never had a complaint or needed a do over , got it right the first time .

Always friendly, courteous, informational and punctual. Dave recently noticed a noise I had missed. They are true partners in my vehicle maintenance. (Never trying to sell me something that I don?t need. Always excellent service.)

I have purchased both used and new vehicles from Swanson as well as worked with their service department. Doesn't get much better than them, small local business, family owned dealer and the customer service/ attention to detail shows that.

i recently purchased a used vehicle from swanson gmc dealership and i have to say it was the best experience i have ever had purchasing a vehicle. everyone is super friendly and helpful. being a women i have to say this i felt like they had my best interest in mind . no pressure, explained what needed to be explained and answered all my questions . i would strongly recommend this dealership . there is a lot to be said for a smaller family run business .

A lot of scheduled maintenance had to be done , and state inspection. It was done when promised and at a reasonable price .

Received a great deal on tires. Quick turn around and great service. Always have great service here. My family has bought 3 vehicles here, the sales department is top notch.
