Getting an appointment was easy and times offered were

Getting an appointment was easy and times offered were convenient. My car was taken in promptly and finished when promised. My Advisor was efficient and friendly, with updates during the process and advising me when my car was ready to pick up. Very pleased, I will be back.

What a disaster of a place for service and customer

What a disaster of a place for service and customer service. We had my engine repalced to the tune of >$16,000. Drove the vehicle home to have the same issues starting up again. I was told that the spark plugs needed to be replaced. The spark plugs were replaced by another service station several days prior. The engine light still came on and now the car no longer starts. I have to take to another GMC dealership. Need to tow the car to another GMC dealership. The engine is under warranty but we are so disappointed with the incompetent care that this dealership showed us.

Information collection for purchase

Very informed about the car I wanted to purchase you gave me all the answers I requested. By the way that black widow pickup truck is amazing but I had the money cash and I probably bought it right then and there

Awesome Experience

Fantastic experience!

I can not say enough about my positive experience with country club Motors. I traveled over an hour to do business with them and would absolutely do it again. I highly recommend working with Jesse. He was knowledgeable, kind, and made purchasing a vehicle in a difficult market extremely easy and affordable. Remarkable customer service and quality. I will be a life long customer. terrible service

certifed used 2017 traverse bought 9/11/21. First time to use AC in july and it did not work.When I scheduled serivice for that and vehicle service and inspection was asked to drop off on a wedsday at 11am, Was there at 10-30 service manager said my appointment was for 1pm and was told they may need acouple days. If parts where needed. When I called friday mourning was told it was just going into shop no one called me back before that to say anthing. Then after my call was called back to say they did not have part and would have to go to another dealer for it and that it whould be monday before it would be ready. Then saturday get a call saying it was ready to be picked up. What good is certified used advertised as reconditioned to factory specs.How could that be if first time using AC it would not work I realy don't believe that is factory specs what poor service. When I was picked up after they sent someone to take me there. I informed them it would not come back there any more. they also said that they where short handed for shop tech's can only guess why $$. This dealer and two others in Oneonta are on my list to not deal with mostly for not being truthful.
