Fantastic experience!

I can not say enough about my positive experience with country club Motors. I traveled over an hour to do business with them and would absolutely do it again. I highly recommend working with Jesse. He was knowledgeable, kind, and made purchasing a vehicle in a difficult market extremely easy and affordable. Remarkable customer service and quality. I will be a life long customer. terrible service

certifed used 2017 traverse bought 9/11/21. First time to use AC in july and it did not work.When I scheduled serivice for that and vehicle service and inspection was asked to drop off on a wedsday at 11am, Was there at 10-30 service manager said my appointment was for 1pm and was told they may need acouple days. If parts where needed. When I called friday mourning was told it was just going into shop no one called me back before that to say anthing. Then after my call was called back to say they did not have part and would have to go to another dealer for it and that it whould be monday before it would be ready. Then saturday get a call saying it was ready to be picked up. What good is certified used advertised as reconditioned to factory specs.How could that be if first time using AC it would not work I realy don't believe that is factory specs what poor service. When I was picked up after they sent someone to take me there. I informed them it would not come back there any more. they also said that they where short handed for shop tech's can only guess why $$. This dealer and two others in Oneonta are on my list to not deal with mostly for not being truthful.

Unfair practice.

Repair work on my 2019 Trax was very poor and was charged for parts that I feel could have been avoided by doing the repair the right way. The interior front seat was left dirty with grease, and the service department knew there was a problem with the design and did not inform this customer.

Great place to do business. Very professional staff....

Great place to do business. Very professional staff. Spreading that to my family and friends. No pressure was put on me which is amazing. Everything was taken care of so all I had to do was pickup my truck. Even the bosses came out and shook my hand and thanked me for the purchase

DO NOT SHOP HERE OR GET SERVICE DONE HERE

I want to start with I rarely write reviews and have never left a negative review. If I could leave negative stars for this place I would. I warn anyone that goes here to think twice and go elsewhere. My truck (2018 Denali hd duramax) went in for some warranty items and was there for over a month, not a big deal things happen. While it was there I had items stolen out of the inside of the truck, so either they didn’t lock it or an employee with access to my keys stole it, again things happen, but for them to not own up to it and replace what was stolen is the reason I will never step foot in this place again. I will also make sure everyone I know stays clear of here. I spoke with the service manager and the state police spoke with the owner and Both replied sorry, our cameras only go back two weeks and we can’t confirm when it went missing. DO NOT SHOP HERE, DO NOT GET SERVICE DONE HERE. It’s a shame to not be able to shop locally but save yourself the headaches and take your business somewhere that appreciates their customers and will own up mistakes when they happen.

Awful Awful service department

I made an appointment a month in advance and took the truck in for an oil leak which was covered under warranty. I left the truck there for three Days which was tough to do with my busy schedule. Towards the end of the third day I called to follow up and they mentioned they need to call to see if it's covered under the extended warranty I had purchased when I bought the truck at Country club. Come to find out the repairs weren't even started. We had to go get the truck back so we can get back to work, and have to wait a few more weeks to get back in to there garage. Absolutely terrible service!!

This has to be the worst service EVER

This has to be the worst service I have ever received. They had my car for 2 weeks. I was told the car would definitely would be done on Friday. Well Friday came and went No car. Then I was told it would definitely be done Monday morning. I called Monday morning still not done. Regina then tells me for the third time. It will "definitely" be done Monday afternoon. Still wasn't done in the afternoon. Regina for the fourth time. It would "definitely" be done Monday evening. Needless to say it wasn't done by then. Finally Tuesday the car was finished. Called asked for a bill so it could be paid. She said she would email it to me. The day went on and no email. So I called and told them I had someone coming over in the evening to pick it up. She told me it would be left outside with the keys in it. When the person got there to pick it up. The car was unlocked with no keys in it. Someone did me a favor and I just wasted there time. Called Wednesday and she said it was my fault because I never paid the bill. But she never sent me the bill. So do yourself a favor and stay as far away as you can from Country Club Motors

All of my questions were answered to my satisfaction and the best car buying experience I've had anywhere so far. I will certainly use Country Club again for my next car
