I needed to have my ac recharged and the heating thermostat recalibrated They gave me a bunch of mumble jumbo about they won’t know if it is covered under my extended warranty until after there done They said it was probably covered, i thought the same But to my surprise I get a bill for over nine hundred dollars and I was told the warranty only covered fifty dollars Don’t walk away from this dealership run as fast as you can I’m also sending a review to Gereral motors

Getting an appointment was easy and times offered were convenient. My car was taken in promptly and finished when promised. My Advisor was efficient and friendly, with updates during the process and advising me when my car was ready to pick up. Very pleased, I will be back.

What a disaster of a place for service and customer service. We had my engine repalced to the tune of >$16,000. Drove the vehicle home to have the same issues starting up again. I was told that the spark plugs needed to be replaced. The spark plugs were replaced by another service station several days prior. The engine light still came on and now the car no longer starts. I have to take to another GMC dealership. Need to tow the car to another GMC dealership. The engine is under warranty but we are so disappointed with the incompetent care that this dealership showed us.

I can not say enough about my positive experience with country club Motors. I traveled over an hour to do business with them and would absolutely do it again. I highly recommend working with Jesse. He was knowledgeable, kind, and made purchasing a vehicle in a difficult market extremely easy and affordable. Remarkable customer service and quality. I will be a life long customer.
