Routine service call . Tom always pleasant, Competent in explaining what is covered and if I have any special concerns After service completed he gives full report on what mechanic did and found . Clearly explaining any future recommendations.I always leave thinking car is safe

Service staff are courteous, attentive, and well-informed, and they communicate accurately. Prices are fair and work is done when predicted or sooner. Loaners have been readily available when requested (though I know they might not always be). I’ve had not one problem in the approximately 11 years I’ve been bringing my cars there.

Excellent service from the service advisor.

Excellent service from the service advisor. Would give 5 stars if my oil level was checked or topped off. Also, I’ve noticed the airbag light and I was under impression the technician would scan for faulty code and give me the reason being the the inspection was free of charge.

Express Service is a wonderful option for routine

Express Service is a wonderful option for routine maintenance. 48K service and replace rear brakes in 90 minutes. When else can you go, without an appointment, and get that done. Kudos to the Five Star Subaru service team. Thank you.
