If I could leave, no stars, I would this place is the worst. I paid over $300 to get a key for my Ford flex ordered a motor from my windshield washer. They ordered nozzles and then charged me $160 to tell me it was the motor that I ordered in the first place I’ll never go back there.

Searching for new vehicle after being struck by evader resulting in total loss of my loved Ford Fusion AWD. Search paid off when finding Crossroads Ford. Had a problem with the touch pad. Service did test found repair bulletin from Ford dealing with problem. Service reprogrammed touchpad which corrected the problem. One happy satisfied customer!!!

Overall a good experience with Mike at Crossroads Ford. It was the only dealer in the area that had what I was looking for in a truck and Mike came down to meet my budget. Communication after the initial point of contact could have been better but otherwise I’d recommend buying from them.
