Write a reviewIf I could leave, no stars, I would this place is the worst. I paid over $300 to get a key for my Ford flex ordered a motor from my windshield washer. They ordered nozzles and then charged me $160 to tell me it was the motor that I ordered in the first place I’ll never go back there.

Searching for new vehicle after being struck by evader resulting in total loss of my loved Ford Fusion AWD. Search paid off when finding Crossroads Ford. John Sterrett quickly responsed to my inquiry and I took the ride north as he had several vehicles I was considering. After test drives I was elated to have a like new AWD Ford Fusion from Crossroads. Zero presure , no nonsene, professional, polite and willing to talk dealership. Worth the trip fom Connecticut. Had a problem with the touch pad. Service did test found repair bulletin from Ford dealing with problem. Service reprogrammed touchpad which corrected the problem. One happy satisfied customer!!!

I have now bought my second vehicle from Crossroads Ford, with the help of PJ Baker. Each time I have worked with him, PJ has been knowledgeable about his products. He knows the process and has everything arranged so when it is time to purchase, it is fast and efficient. He is very interested in his customers being satisfied with their vehicle, the bottom line and the whole buying experience. Overall a good experience with Mike at Crossroads Ford. It was the only dealer in the area that had what I was looking for in a truck and Mike came down to meet my budget. Communication after the initial point of contact could have been better but otherwise I’d recommend buying from them.

In bringing my truck got wire repair under warranty it took the service dept 1 hour to diagnose the problem and 6 hours to fix it after I spoke to them after 5 hours. And the parts person was very rude “ don’t ask me again about the part”. I will not recommend or use crossroad Ford ever again. The worst customer service ever.
