Fantastic Car Purchasing Experience

Searching for new vehicle after being struck by evader resulting in total loss of my loved Ford Fusion AWD. Search paid off when finding Crossroads Ford. John Sterrett quickly responsed to my inquiry and I took the ride north as he had several vehicles I was considering. After test drives I was elated to have a like new AWD Ford Fusion from Crossroads. Zero presure , no nonsene, professional, polite and willing to talk dealership. Worth the trip fom Connecticut. Service on my 2019 F-150

Had a problem with the touch pad. Service did test found repair bulletin from Ford dealing with problem. Service reprogrammed touchpad which corrected the problem. One happy satisfied customer!!!

PJ Baker and Crossroads Ford, the right place!

I have now bought my second vehicle from Crossroads Ford, with the help of PJ Baker. Each time I have worked with him, PJ has been knowledgeable about his products. He knows the process and has everything arranged so when it is time to purchase, it is fast and efficient. He is very interested in his customers being satisfied with their vehicle, the bottom line and the whole buying experience. We purchased the extended warranty for both vehicles and PJ worked with us to help us find the right package for our needs. I would gladly recommend PJ Baker and Crossroads Ford when you get in the market for a car or truck.

Satisfactory purchasing experience

Overall a good experience with Mike at Crossroads Ford. It was the only dealer in the area that had what I was looking for in a truck and Mike came down to meet my budget. Communication after the initial point of contact could have been better but otherwise I’d recommend buying from them.

Poor customer service at service dept

In bringing my truck got wire repair under warranty it took the service dept 1 hour to diagnose the problem and 6 hours to fix it after I spoke to them after 5 hours. And the parts person was very rude “ don’t ask me again about the part”. I will not recommend or use crossroad Ford ever again. The worst customer service ever.

Over the top Amazing!

Drove from 2.5 hours away to complete a new car purchase. I've bought and leased over 20 cars in my lifetime and this was by far the best experience ever. Rob was upfront, wasn't into selling but earning my long term business. Very happy overall and LOVE my new car.

Waranttee repair

Needed warantee service. They ordered parts, called and set up an appointment at my convenience, and fixed my F150 quickly. Check engine light has been out ever since. Good job.
