An Unexpectedly Fun Afternoon

I hate buying cars. And houses. So when I can have a fun relaxing time getting a new car, the folks who helped me have a fun time deserve a huge thanks. I already had an idea that they would be great from my Subaru-owning buddies whose opinion I trust. SO, look them up. The Subaru brand is solid, and the folks at Rileys are really sharp and very nice.

Very detailed in every moment of the process.

I enjoyed the entire experience of buying a new car. The staff did not push anything. They love the cars which makes it hard not to love them as a customer. They also LOVE their customers and make sure that they are totally satisfied on every level.

A pleasant surprise

As someone who would rather have a root canal than car shop we had a pleasant surprise by visiting Riley Mazda Subaru in Dubuque, Ia. Very relaxed atmosphere. No pressure. Straight forward pricing. Our salesperson, Ben, was excellent. I think he understood immediately what kind of shoppers/buyers we are whuch puts him above many sales people we have encountered. . I would highly recommend him and this dealership.

Dave was great to work with!

I bought a car 5 years ago from Dave so I knew he would get me the right car again. What I didn't expect was to have so many cars to choose from. I think I got an awesome deal on a great car. Thanks for everything Dave.

Unexpected purchase.

I had an unexpected baby situation. I needed to purchase a car with a back seat. Usually I take two years planning and researching models before even needing a car. Sadly I only got a couple of months to learn about Subaru wagons. I was having problems finding a used one that had done the engine work needed to not worry about things for awhile. I randomly stopped in to see if they had an older one for sale. Dan was so helpful, he had one that had all the services that I required down stairs being detailed. It was not even on the lot yet. With the services that they did and the easy no pressure atmosphere. I would recommend Riley's to anyone.

Easy and fun to do business with!!

Between my husband and I we bought well over 50 vehicles in our lifetime including 6 Subarus. Dan's review of the vehicle at delivery was the most thorough and organized than any other purchase experience we've had!! Dan is very knowledgeable and personable, very easy to deal with. We also really liked the no pushing extras we did not need from Dan or the Finance Manager. We would most definitely recommend Dan and the dealership.

Excellent Service from Riley Subaru

Service from Riley Subaru was prompt, informative, and very helpful. Ben was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions and was a pleasure to work with. I felt they offered us a very good price on the car. I would recommend them highly. We love our new Crosstrek.
