Write a reviewNot Happy with sales service
The check engine light came on after owning the car for 2 days, took the car in twice for service, at this point the car has been in service longer than I owned it. Once I became worried about the car having safety issues, my loan company was willing to allow me to give the car back and buy a new one from Bryden. The management would not allow me to buy a truck but wanted me to run credit again once 30 days were past. This only upset me more because my lender will allow me to purchase a vehicle without running my credit again, plus I did not feel safe in the vehicle, but Bryden would not allow it. However, I will say they did fix the issue, but my concerns were well validated before this point. It would have made me happy to turn in the vehicle and purchase their truck without running my credit again.

Place is terrible.
Place is terrible. Sold me a jeep that somehow “passed” inspection but first night into having this jeep it has a service light come on. Fast forward 3 days a new service light comes on. After one week 3 service lights on, yet this “passed inspection”. Brought the jeep in, took 3 weeks to get the part, a week after it comes in, my jeep gets looked at. All to be told that part was broken as well and a new one needed to be ordered. Another week or so goes by, mind you at this time with all these service lights on, my auto start, cruse, and 4wd do not work. Get a call the new part is in, wait another week, gets looked at, that part works, but found a new issue. This jeep was a lemon but again “passed” inspection. Do not trust this place, they will never get my money.
Not Honest
They suck. Told me price was $34,990 via email when asked specifically about the two prices in picture. We drive over an hour and the price is now $44k. Told must have been a typing error but still haven’t changed it. Justin salesman. Sucks.

Poor Service Department
I bought a used car from Bryden. The sales process was outstanding. Great salesperson and no pressure. Like many other reviews the negative to Bryden is their service department. I drove the vehicle home and noticed that the new front brakes they had put on as part of their 'pre-sales inspection' smelled and were smoking. I called my sales guy and said that they missed a bad caliper in their inspection. He said service would call me to take care of it. They never called. I got a review request from Bryden via text so I stated that if they wanted a good review they needed to fix my brakes. Service finally called and set an appointment. I asked if I would be able to wait and they said yes and that it should only take an hour (which it should have). After an hour and a half they still had not started on my car so I asked for a loaner for the day. They gave me one. At 4pm I call about picking up the vehicle and it's still not done and now they need to order the caliper. I did not have a good feeling about their service dept so I just went back, got my car, and drove home with smoking brakes. I had the leaking water pump, seeping oil pan, and front caliper all replaced at my trusted mechanic. All of these issues should have been caught and fixed in their 'pre-sale inspection'. Beware of this if you are considering buying at Bryden
