Our shopping and purchasing experience was 100% excellent as it always has been at Bryden Motors. We've always worked with Justin Bean who is a terrific sales person and goes out of his way to help his customers and represent Bryden Motors in a true professional manner. He's the best we've ever worked with to purchase a vehicle and Bryden has always gladly stood behind the vehicles we've purchased from them.

I purchased a used 2022 Ram 1500 Limited Red Edition in

I purchased a used 2022 Ram 1500 Limited Red Edition in Aug 2024. I was very happy with my salesperson overall. He did promise me the fuel tank would be full at delivery and his manager shot that down when I was signing purchase documents. This manager said he would give me a new Ram ball cap, but never did. Once I got home, I was ready to dig into the owners manual and start learning all the features of this loaded Ram, only to find out that the owners manual was missing from the truck. This was a two year old trip with only 7200 miles, so basically brand new and you would think it would have an owners manual. Anyway, I contacted my salesperson and he said he would look into it. Two weeks passed and I learned my salesperson no longer works at Bryden? So, no owners manual, no ball cap and no topped off fuel tank. This dealer took small items over all and used them to sour my opinion of the dealership moving forward. I worked in customer service my entire life and I know how important it is to treat customers well and with respect. I feel Bryden let me down royally in customer service. I also think they got my new truck detailed and there is dried white wax or clay all over the truck exterior in crooks and crannies which has proven difficult to correct and I still have a ways to go.

Easiest car buy in my 47 years of driving. Saw a jeep we wanted on their lot, went home and got online- jeep was in our driveway by the end of the day! We were in & out to sign papers in under 30 minutes! Sales & finance guys were informative & there was no pressure!
