I have been working in the auto business since 1993, and have had the chance to meet some of the most amazing people. Outside of work, I enjoy boating, skiing, and mountain biking. I’m known as an honest, straightforward, and easy-going person who has a passion for helping others!

The service department at Serra has given me 3 horrible...

The service department at Serra has given me 3 horrible customer service experiences that were completely unnecessary. It’s too much to detail here, but my goodness!! The service manager is willing to lose a customer over pennies and when he doesn’t win the battle he behaves like a child. As a customer who bought a $46k vehicle, I should be treated much better. The only thing that made my experience end positively was a service advisor by the name of Marvin G. He took time to understand and was able to work around the pure BS to help me as a customer and the owner, Greg Brown.

2015 ford fiesta purchased August 2018 for $9,000.

Car had many defects especially being unstable on the highway, accessory belt worn to point part of it is missing and many chips in the paint.

jim colovos is the bomb

jim is the best car salesman in town I have been very happy with cars I have got thru jim. jim is my carsalesman for life.

Corvette Delivery

The entire team at Serra Chevrolet did a great job completing the sale of my Corvette. Everyone was very helpful, knowledgeable, and very focused on customer service. The car was ready and everything was handled very efficiently. They all loved their jobs and handled business very well.

Great Experience - Always!

Leased, purchased and serviced many vehicles at Serra Chevrolet for over 15 years. Always a pleasure to deal with the Serra Team!!! I live by 5 other Chevy dealerships (2 with in minutes of my home) but come to Southfield to do business the Serra. *Very patient in our selection process on next vehicle (sometimes driving Bob a little crazy). *Mike Foster always helping me with different issues (getting me in/out quickly) and especially taking care of my 2007 Corvette when needing attention. *Jeremy, CJ and Greg always visible and making us feel at home!

Fantastic!! Great Staff

This is the 2nd car I have leased in 4 months Greg Brown and his staff. Treated myself and my wife with kind personal and very professional They went above And beyond. They are all fantastic !! We felt like family. Highly recommend. Every one at the Serra dealership Jim Colovus is the best!!!

Taylor listened my request carefully. She can catch my point very quick. And presented all the options to me. It’s pretty efficient. I like to talk with her.
