I had a good experience with Randy but they damaged my tire sensor and now I can't see my tire pressures. Scott is saying the only way to correct the problem that was caused after I purchased 4 new tires is to pay an additional $100 to replace the sensor battery. Turns out the same thing happened to someone else that I know. Something isn't right about this dealerships service department. Sounds like a scam to me.

Save your money and sanity and buy from somewhere else because they will sell you a lemon here. I have had the worst experience with their service department. Their customer service is poor.

Yesterday was a crazy day but I have to thank Dominic Ciacelli the Sales & Leasing Consultant and Chaz Suomala the Finance Director for helping me get a new car. I got into a car accident and my car was no longer drivable, that same day I called and Dominic he was really caring and interested with helping me. It was a smooth yet quick process, I got exactly what I wanted. Thank you all for your services, the employees there are very helpful and professional.
