I will not be doing business with any Deery dealership
I will not be doing business with any Deery dealership again. The sales manager refused to negotiate a fair trade in for my vehicle. In the end, itās on me that I excepted a horrible deal. Kudos to the manager for his hustling skills though. I however, would not like to feel completely hustled after trading in a car, and for that reason I will take my business elsewhere in the future, and recommend family and friends do the same. On a good note, I enjoyed working with my salesman, Austin, good guy!

I recently bought a jeep from Deery and the motor
I recently bought a jeep from Deery and the motor basically blew out the next day. The engine light came on and I was promised it was just a glitch and they cleared the code. My engine light came back on while driving home. I attempted several times to call in an attempt to bring vehicle back. No one responded until several days later and the salesman Dino never did call me back. I finally got a call and was offered $200.00 dollars for my trouble. I paid $9,000 for this jeep and I need to replace the motor which will cost me around $11,000.00. I don't want anyone to end up like me, owing $20,000.00 for a vehicle that doesn't run. This company made 56,000,000.million in revenue last year off the dishonesty they use to sell their vehicles. Please avoid buying cars from this Car Dealership so that you don't end up like me! WORST service department Iāve EVER dealt with.
WORST service department Iāve EVER dealt with. My son has a Toyota truck with a manual transmission. Itās slipping and he insists on the only Toyota dealership within hundreds of miles, presuming they have the expertise and ability to get parts. 2-3 turnaround at most. NOPEāthey FORGOT the only mechanic who works on manual transmissions is ON VACATION for a week š¤¦š¼āāļøš¤¬ They want an astronomical sum for a loaner so I let him use my vehicle. At this point itās already a week. Next date heās scheduled for pick upāNOPE they donāt have the part. Next time scheduled for pick upāNOPE still donāt have a necessary part. At this point I need my vehicle for an important out of town appointment. He requests renting a loanerāNOPE, they donāt have one. He had to take time off workāat a time his company is restructuring and people are LOSING THEIR JOBS. Now he looks like a flake at work. Weāre supposed to pick up his truck in a couple of hours and it damned well be ready! Itās been two WEEKS!!! I want EVERYONE to be aware that theyāre the single most unprofessional business Iāve EVER dealt with and thatās a lot considering Iām old as dirt. Iām so mad I could just spit!!! Go anywhere else!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! I had recently purchased a gmc truck from them and wasn't even able to make it all the way home before it threw a code at me. They attempted to get out of covering it but after some talking and pointing out that they signed a contract did they do the repairs needed.....after I paid 100 bucks. After I got the truck back from the shop, I attempted to make a fair trade where I would be able to take a truck of similar value for the hunk of junk they sold me but they refused to make it right. To add to this, the stereo some times works, the AC stopped working, the rust started to come through the paint, they didn't switch the sensors in the tires, it leaks and THEY WONT RETURN MY PHONE CALLS ABOUT THE WARRANTY! This place is full of snakes so I say again, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE
