Great experience at North Brothers Ford!
My husband and I went to North brothers ford to buy his 2013 F1 50. I just wanted everyone to know what a wonderful experience we both had! We worked with Dan Dwyer he got us exactly what we wanted at the best price! We both had such a great experience that we went back to Dan Dwyer and leased my 2014 edge! We are both very happy with our choices and I would recommend North brothers ford to anyone! Thank you again!

Great and awesome
I purchased a new Fusion in July. I went to someone that I knew of already and from seeing a post from a former co worker that had recommended him. I was able to ask him anything an everything, able to reach him easily, and was happy that I was able to get all the specific features that I requested to have on my car. I recommend Dan Dwyer to everyone! :) he was even willing to help following my purchase with questions an car insurance

Worst Body Shop Ever
I took my son's 2009 Dodge Caliber to North Brothers Ford after my son got into an accident. Why not go to a Dodge dealer? Because I work for Ford Motor Company and feel it is the right thing to do to support our Ford dealers. That said, I had the worst experience of my life and want everyone who is considering this dealership to be informed before you go there. The first time I picked the car up they did not wash it. It was so dirty I could actually write Wash Me on the roof of the car. More importantly, the door rubbed when I opened it, there was some sort of glue on the radio, the gas had been completely drained, and worst of all there was a strange noise coming from the transmission. The half shaft had been ripped from the transmission during the accident so it was pretty obvious the noise was a result of the accident. When I went back to the dealer the next day, they fixed the rubbing door and put some touch up paint on the damaged area. The denied the gas had been drained. They agreed there was a noise coming from the transmission but did not know what it was. I was told to come back in a week, and they would take a look. I asked if my car was safe to drive and was told it is safe. They did not even apologize for not washing the car. So a week goes by and the noise gets worse. I told my son not to drive it. I dropped it off on Monday as requested. It turns out the car needs a new transmission. It took them a week to even look at it. After getting insurance company to agree to cost, they ordered a used transmission. The first one delivered did not have a cooler so they had to send it back. The second one had the cooler. Every day I called and they said it will be ready tonight. Every night it was not ready. Each time I called the manager asked for an alternative number to reach me so he could call me when it is ready. I gave him my cell number multiple times, but he never called me. I had to call every day. There was always some sort of excuse. The last excuse was some control module had to be synchronized. I think they had to take it to the Dodge dealer down the road for this. Long story short, they finished the car today, but guess what, they forgot to call me again. I called around 2PM and was told the car was ready. I finally got my car back after 2 months. Once again they did not wash the car before delivering it to me and to make matters worse, the manager would not get off the phone to talk to me. I think he knew he mismanaged this situation and did not have courage to face me. I asked the receptionist for paperwork on the repairs that were made and was told they would have to mail me the paperwork for the new repairs made. I have never heard of any company doing major repair work and not providing the customer with a receipt and summary of repairs made. I'll contact my insurance company to get what I need. I cannot believe how bad this body shop is managed. You can bet I will never go back again. My family and friends have leased/purchased many vehicles from this dealership for the past 50 years. I will do everything I can to make sure nobody goes back. This may sound like sour grapes, but believe me I almost never complain about things even when I am not happy. This experience was so bad I have not choide but to warn others not to use this dealership.

When I complained to the dealership, the body shop manager called me to apologize and offered to detail my car to make it up. I am very happy that North Brothers cares enough about its customers to ensure they are happy. I could have walked away and never went back, but the follow up actions taken convince me that this dealer is worth my future business. If I could update my rating I would, but the site does not allow me to change what I have already written so I am just responding to let everyone know North Brothers has take care of this.
Bait and Switch
We bought TWO cars from this place. We were pre-financed, and it STILL took 8 days for one car, and 12 days for the other! Very un-organized and not professional! The first car I had agreed on was mysteriously sold out from under me. Then, the "manager" Ray Harbin, promised me another car AND cash back if I agreed to the deal. I agreed to it, and when I took delivery, Ray was mysteriously not available to give me the cash I was promised. TWO weeks later I was told that there is NO CASH, and that I was out of luck. A TERRIBLE WAY TO DO BUSINESS!

Thank you for your feed back, I am sorry that this was your experience at North Brothers Ford. We will be contacting you shortly to learn about your experience and make corrections. Thank you again, we truly appreciate your comments.
Still haven't heard from North Brothers regarding their "follow up". Not surprised though, they didn't follow through during the car deal, why should they follow through after we left and they have their money?
STILL no follow up call, and STILL no title to one of our cars! Kamal Brown gave some song and dance about what's the hold up with the tite paperwork, but still nothing! Would not recommend this place EVER!
It has been almost 4 months, and after I sent back my NORTH BROS. license plate holders, along with the postings I made about the crappy dealership, I did receive a call from Ray Harbin! When I returned his call, I never heard back. So I am guessing that his boss made him follow up, then nothing happened!
slow!!!!
Absolutly atrocious service!!! Waited forever for anything to get done even though there were about ten sales people all outside smoking. Would not go back to north brothers only for my free service stuff included with the car.

would not recommend what so ever
there is no way possible I would buy another car from here...Jose. was an awesome salesman so I do recommend him for the purchase but that's as far as I would go....I took my car in for repairs to the trans which still has issues and I have to find time to take it back up there Tim told me he would take care of it which I know he will so no complaints with him.....they were also suppose to rotate the tires which never happened and also repair a small cover on the rear windshield wiper...never happened either...but that's not even completely why im upset.....ive called numerous times about my gap insurance refund since I just refinanced my car...First I delt with Kamal Miller. told me he would call me back by the end of the day or the next day with the amount I would receive....that never happened and said I would have the refund in about a week...Well almost 3 weeks later there is still no refund and no call back either....the second time I called I spoke to Someone named Matt I believe and he told me KAMAL IS ON VACATION. wow he couldn't finish his commitments before he went on vacation or get back to me or have someone else follow up...so he said he was going to have a girl call me back...that never happened...I called again and was told Kamal had my info in front of him and had a customer in his office and would call me back right after that customer was taken care of....welp no call back yet again....I called today and left a message about 2 hours ago and of course no call back again.........If anyone reads this and would like to call me back my number is 313-768-7927 name is Patrick Toth

Don't go to this dealership...
Leased vehicle needed repair and customer service argued each time there would be a charge for any work. Salesman laughed after setting up lease that we could have gotten an upgrade at a better price. They say they are sorry for poor service, however, won't do anything about it.

Worst first car buying experience ever!!!
Absolutely the worst car dealership! I looked online for months to find a specific color of a vehicle I wanted, which was extremely hard to locate. I was thrilled to see a dealer withing 50 miles of me had one! Went and test drove and fell in love. Began with them swearing they could keep my payments at one price when we came into sign they took my down payment before I got to look at the contract, mind you we asked of there were issues because we could look for our own financing, they doubled my payments and charged me 1000 more than the price printed and agreed upon. When I brought that to the salesman and finance managers opinion the salesman played dumb until I handed them the signed document or the agreed upon amount. Once they got the financing right and I took the car home And my mother received our welcome call from the finance company. They claimed the finance company withdrew financing due to the fact I was the primary driver and not herself! When we contacted the finance company they said that wasn't I fact the truth. We finally decided to take them cash and buy it outright. Once THEY calculated the price and a check was written they came back and said that it was wrong and we needed to rewrite the check because THEY forgot the sales tax. So we did. We signed the paper work and thought that Friday we would be able to come in and pick up the spare key. Well no surprise, they forgot to have me sign the title! So once again I go into the dealer for the 5th time in a week to sign the title, not before asking them if there was anything else that needed to be done. Again, I walk in and they missed something else, once I got mad at them and told the how horrible the experience was and after asking 4 times if I can sign and get my key I was told that I was unpleasant and that myself and the four people looking at cars on there lot needed not come back by the used car manager Joe. Let me just say, I never once raised my voice at these people! I have been in sales my entire life life and would never think of telling a paying customer not to come back with other paying customers. This whole purchase was very disorganized and there was absolutely no communication! I would never recommend this dealership!

We sincerely apologize that this was your experience at North Brothers. I assure you this is not how we want to conduct business and again I am sorry for your experience. Worst car buying experience
Absolutely the worst sales experience I have ever had. It took over a week to actually purchase a vehicle because they were not organized and lied on applications. They also jacked the price of the car up on the application after already agreeing to one price and me having a signed document saying what they agreed to. Salesman wouldn't tell the truth to anyone in the place until i brought him in the proof on what was really agreed upon. Forgot to add sales taxes to price once we decided to pay cash for the vehicle and had a check written out. Had to go back multiple times because they "forgot" to have us sign paper work. They don't negotiate on price when you bring them proof the same vehicle is cheaper. I would never ever recomend them to anyone and would 100% not go back to purchase a car.

Great Dealership!!!
Marcus Llloyd and the finance dept work very hard for my husband and I. We both ended up with new leases. He made sure we had the best deal, the right car and were happy with the outcome. You feel comfortable from the moment you walk in the door at this dealership. For a new car go to North Brothers and see Marcus, he will treat right.
