They tried to rip me off.

They tried to rip me off. Went in told them car was making noise when I backed up but it was not my brakes as I just had them done. Instead of listening to me, they charged me 99.00 to check my brakes and turned out the issue was a wheel barring, which. In order to check wheel barrings need to take tires off anyways. Very unprofessional when I spoke to manager, worst deal ship ever been to will never ever go back to that deal ship. They lie, my car only has 14000 miles on it so still under warranty but they also wanted to charge me for the extended warranty deductible had to point that out. They don’t do their job with customer in mind just how much money they can put in there pocket. They certainly give Ford a bad name…

Had my truck in for a warranty issue and their service

Had my truck in for a warranty issue and their service team added $2600.00 of profit into the warranty service quote. Hourly labor was exorbitant at $239/hour. Very, very poor experience for a loyal customer. Will never go back again or purchase a vehicle from them.

Having always owned Ford vehicles I have a high regard

Having always owned Ford vehicles I have a high regard for the service organization at Gervais Ford. I recently purchased a 2024 Escape and am very happy. The whole process with Mark in Sales and Larry in Finance made the process less intimidating and stress free. They took care of everything for me and they represent the dealership with professional expertise and great customer service. The Gervais family operates with high integrity and it is a pleasure to be a customer.

This was the quickest, most painless process of

This was the quickest, most painless process of purchasing a new car we’ve ever had! The new car arrived when they said it would. When we went to pick it up, the paperwork was ready for us to sign. We were in and out within 15 minutes!
