I took my truck in for an inspection sticker and oil change I'm glad I did found out all 4 tires needed replacement Scotty was great as my service advisor per usual!

The staff was outstanding from the salesman Joseph B to the staff in the back getting me financing took a little longer than normal to work on a great day but finally got to that stage so once again thank you to chamber Chevrolet and staff. On June 6, 2025 I took my 2024 Chevy Silverado in for a question a I had with my bed cover and for an oil change. Michael Anagnos once again took great care of me, was very professional and cheerful, his time quote again was spot-on, and he made sure to apply my Chevy points to the final bill!

Scott is a wonderful service manager.

Scott is a wonderful service manager. I was referred to Herb Chambers Chevrolet by CarMax. I have a 20 year old Buick and I’m in great hands. Scott’s professionalism gives HC Chevrolet the good name it’s known for. When I had to get my car towed, the tow person made a wisecrack, “Oh honey, you take your car to the dealer?” I said, “Yes, I do and they take care of my car and don’t cheat me.” Integrity is important because a dealer without integrity is a dealbreaker.

Everything was great as usual.

Everything was great as usual. I never have any problems. Friendly, and courteous. The waiting room, and bathrooms are very clean. The only disappointment is they don’t wash your vehicle any more…it was a nice touch.
