I had an appointment and they took me right in. I was out of there in about 45 minutes. They have a comfortable waiting room with a nice assortments of refreshments.

Crest Lincoln is my service dealer because of the location. It is closer than the other Lincoln dealers in the area. However too many times I've had to return because something wasn't done properly.

Had first oil change on this vehicle at the dealer. Had an appointment and they got me right in. Waiting room is spacious with snacks coffee and TV. Car was washed and returned to me in about 45 minutes. Very happy with this dealership and previous experiences here.
