The purchase of my car was simple, easy, and quick!

The purchase of my car was simple, easy, and quick! My sales rep. was outstanding in ensuring that i knew all of the technology in the car and had it looking brand new at time of purchase! I will for sure be coming back when it’s time for a new car!

Great no pressure, answer all your questions dealership. Roger Tauck was my salesperson who was helpful and easy to work with. Angela who handled the business and paperwork was friendly and professional. I didn't feel like I was getting nickeled and dimed at checkout to buy extra's like I have at some other dealerships. This was the best part of my sales experience.

Very smooth and easy purchasing process. no high pressure sales. The service department has been outstanding thus far. very responsive. this process definitely motivates me to buy again from crest lincoln. Chris our salesman was great- really appreciate his manners and respect for us as a customer.

I purchased my new car online.

I purchased my new car online. My salesman Shawn was very helpful, took his time to show me the car via FaceTime. Answered all my questions and continued to help me even after the purchase. Buying a car with out seeing or driving it can be nerve wracking but he put me at ease.

I purchased a Beautiful Lincoln Nautilus 2024 … When I got Home I discovered it was Damaged & Repaired. I Was Horrified..I contacted Dino and he said there was No Paper Work. I am a School Teacher. I know Paper Work. There was one for the damage to my car…One for the Repair. I asked if he could do anything “I Love My Car”. Dino said “No” So Please Check your Car Thoroughly Before You Buy A New Car at Crest Lincoln. I am So Upset… The Lincoln Nautilus Only had 15 Miles on it. How do You Sell a New Car … A New Car is New…. Not Damaged… Dino sounded like I was Bothering them. He was Short with me and thought I was Lying. I know I am just a Women… But I can See…I Am not Happy…

I bought my first Lincoln from Crest 7 years ago after

I bought my first Lincoln from Crest 7 years ago after shopping all of the like vehicles. My sales associate Porscha surprised us when she listened to us, what we wanted and how we were going to use the vehicle unlike everyone else we had visited. She had us test drive a few vehicles with different options so we knew what they were. We then ordered one. 7 years later, we wanted a new vehicle and after all the great service, went and saw Porscha, it was deja vu all over again. She listened to us, basically knew what we wanted, how we were going to use it and had us drive a couple of vehicles to help with our selection, great!!!! We sat down, decided what we wanted and ordered the vehicle. When we went to pick it up, Porscha spent a couple of hours explaining all the options, helped customize the options and answered all our questions. Deja vu.
