Outstanding experience

Michael Langewicz is an outstanding salesperson. Lincoln Motor Co. Should have salespeople like Michael at every dealership in the country. I called Crest Lincoln to to ask a question about the New Navigator and Michael found the answer and called me back with the information. I knew then he would be my salesperson. From the time I placed my order until taking delivery 12 weeks latter, he would keep me updated on the latest delivery schedule.

Great Experience!

I went to every new car dealer in Utica and Sterling Heights. My goal was to make sure I really wanted a Lincoln before I committed. Long story short: Mike Langewicz was the best salesman of them all. I can't believe the extraordinary lengths he went to to get me into the car I wanted. High marks to everyone at Crest Lincoln.

Wonderful Experience

I Definitely recommend this dealership if your looking for a previously owned car or planning to purchase new. It was one the the best car buying experiences I?ve had. And I?ve brought many new and used cars. From the salesman and the sales manager to the woman that processed all of the documents required for the sale. Attention to detail in every aspect and total coustomer service. Thanks again I will be returning..

Great Purchase Experience

Dealership in general was clean, friendly, and a very nice place to conduct sales. My sales person Porsha Smith kept me informed on my order, very knowledgeable during vehicle orientation, and was very friendly and down to earth during my whole experience. I had a great purchase with Crest Lincoln and Porsha.

New 2017 MKZ Purchase

Was searching for a new car online when I came across a 2017 MKZ with only 4,000 miles on it. For the price and mileage I felt it was almost too good to be true. Called up the dealership and spoke to Roger Tauck. He was great took a look and said come on in and check it out. I went up that day saw it and was like lets make this deal. This whole process took 2 days to complete. From looking at the car, and for me coming in the next day to sign, and drive away. I was really impressed by the customer service that Roger and the team at Crest Lincoln served me with. They took great care of me, and I ended up with a fabulous new car! Definitely will be coming back for all my future vehicles. Great job Crest, and thanks again Roger!

MKC for my wife

My wife's lease was up on her Buick. We looked around and she thought she liked the Lincoln crossover the best. We went to a few dealerships. Crest Lincoln treated us and talked to us the best. Sales person Porsha Smith made us feel like she worked for us not the dealership and talked to us like a friend. The whole experience at Crest Lincoln was easy and enjoyable

Used car manager is the best

Larry Dafoe helped us learn about used cars that weren't even on his lot. He provided insight and background with no opportunity for a sale. This was very helpful for us and very considerate of him. Fantastic service and integrity. Thanks!

WATCH OUT!

I came 4 hours out of town to purchase a luxury vehicle from this dealership and the agreement was that if purchase this vehicle under the condition that they would send the part that needed to be fixed. It's been over a month and I contacted them several times and no response. If you find your self in a this situation make sure you get what you are missing before you drive away!
