Sales staff was friendly and greeted me immediately. Sales staff was interested in what I wanted versus what they had to sell. Be sure you understand the extended warranty options as they don't readily explain the costs up front and compare them to the no extended warranty option.

It was an in and out oil change. While old habits about the first oil change being early die hard, the service rep pointed out it really wasn't necessary.

The service adviser informed me that I had 2 cars in front of me for a quick oil change. Which I appreciated so I knew I would have a longer wait. However He was still able to get me in and out in less than an hour! Great Service!

The overall experience was excellent! Sales men were all nice and friendly during my whole purchasing process. I would recommend Palmen to all my friends and family!
