Brain A & Chris AWESOME GUYS

Brian A & Chris were Amazing with helping me drive off the lot in a car. I'm am so HAPPY with my car, not what I wanted to be put in but when Brian recommend it to me took it for a test drive and all I'm so Happy with it. Drive smooth loved the fact that it has a moonroof and automatic starter especially with these crazy winters GREAT JOB GUYS

Purchased a new Fiat 500L at Palmen in Sept and have...

Purchased a new Fiat 500L at Palmen in Sept and have been to the service dept at least 4 times already and problem still exists. Not certain the service dept is knowledgeable enough of this vehicle . I go in each time for the same issue (check engine light) and the issue still exists but they don't say anything when I leave except that everything should be ok now and it NEvER is. I am just told your car is ready and it's outside. (They use to deliver your car inside washed and warm after service ) Wish they would contact Fiat and discuss the problem instead of just acting like they know. Need to find another more knowledgeable service dept. It's a shame that one spends that kind of money on a vehicle and can get no service satisfaction. I just always leave disappointed... I purchased my Jeep from Palmen and always had great service but I think this Fiat is not something they were prepared for...

Great Service

Thanks to Brian Ambrogio our bad situation turned out to be not so bad after all. We unexpectedly lost a car. With 3 kids that normally run in 3 different directions, we need 2 cars, and we needed it fast!!! Being on a very fixed income, Brian took his time and walked us through all of our options and made us feel very comfortable with the lease option that we settled on. Thanks to Chris, the credit manager working with us, we were able to reach the low monthly payment I was very set on. I cannot thank Brian A. and Chris enough! Excellent Job!!! Connie Walbran

Very helpful and knowledgable!

Bought a used vehicle from this dealership and the experience was by far excellent! The salesman that helped me was Brian Ambrogio and he was extremely nice and helpful. He made my experience a lot easier. It is not easy to buy a car, expecially being a woman and not having a lot of knowledge of anything. Brian made me feel at ease and helped me through the whole process. I would definitely refer anyone to him that is looking to buy a new or used car. Excellent!!

Palmen Motors of Kenosha-A Great Buying Experience

I just happened to find a 2010 Jeep Wrangler Sport on this dealer's website with really low mileage and wanted to check it out. I made a web offer and was soon contacted by Kimberly Christy; she offered me an internet price that was $200 off the price listed on the website, and set up an appointment for me with Brian Ambrogio to look over and test drive the vehicle that evening. Once at the dealership, Brian was extremely helpful and honest in answering all my questions regarding the vehicle. He quickly got the Carfax upon request, identified and explained all of the vehicle's features during the test drive, offered me coffee following the test drive, and was more than willing to listen to and understood my budget constraints and series of counteroffers. Each time he gladly went to his manager to see what he could do to lower the purchase price to fit my budget and reach a deal. I found him to be very knowledgeable about the Jeep Wrangler and pre-owned vehicles and their values. More importantly, Brian was extremely friendly, informal, laid back and down to earth--not even close to the stereotypical high-pressure car salesman. He knew I really liked Jeep, really wanted the one he was selling (it was even the exact color I preferred), wanted to put me in it, and did everything he could to make a deal that was affordable and acceptable to me. I have to say that I have never had a more positive car-buying experience with such a friendly, laid back salesperson. And I love the vehicle; it turned out to be exactly what I was looking for, and Brian Ambrogio made it happen. Thanks, Brian, and thanks Palmen Motors of Kenosha!

Beware false ads,and pricing, just to get you in

Called and spoke to Kim asked if the price on cars, and there web site was correct or if there was something you had to qualify for to get that price , she told me no but if you were in the military or anything you would get extra money off ,she asked me what time I would be there and she told me she would set up an appointment with Jeff ,when i got to the dealership a salesman named Larry told me Jeff had left but he would now be showing me the car, he showed us the car so we started to talk about the price of the car ,he told us the price they put on the ad was a price just to get people to come in ,that I would not be able to get that price without being a chrysler employee, at that point I did not feel like dealing with a lying dealership I will say that Larry was honest and told me that they lie about the price just to get you in , just be for warned if you see a price that looks good that is not the price you will have to pay to purchase the vehicle ,I have bought 2 new Jeep wranglers and a new dodge 1500 from the Palmen group in the last year, and will never buy another vehicle from them again.

What an awesome experience. Easiest car buy ever !

I have bought many cars in my life and todays experience was by far the best ever !! It started by the help of salesman Brian Ambrogio . I am not the easiest person to help, He asked me the right questions to get the info he needed to round up cars for me to look at. He was knowledgeable of what he had available on the lot in my price range. He didn't pressure me into a car I didn't want when I said It wasn't for me we moved on. He found a car for me, I had to leave to run some errands , Chris LeCount in finance got me an incredible loan while I was gone. When I returned Brian had my car ready and Chris had my papers ready to sign . Talk about service. I will return to the dealership for sure. !!! Thank you Brian Ambrogio and Chris LeCount !

Palmen Kenosha

Brian did a nice job at Palmen. The car was inside and clean when we arrived. They were good to deal with, ad friendly. Although I thought that it should leave the lot with a full tank of gas and washer fluid. I would buy another car from them, as they had good pricing.
