I wasn't planning on buying any car because I was at Dick Genthe Chevrolet in Southgate, MI helping a relative purchase a new car. This is when we met Justin Kegler and we were very impressed from the beginning, of his interest in helping us make a decision. He wasn't pushy, he was very knowledgeable and made our experience very comfortable. Once my relative made a decision to purchase her vehicle and was in the process of taking a test drive, I began to talk to Justin obtaining information about a vehicle for myself. My lease with a Chrysler dealership was ending at the end of next month and I had been very loyal to them for many years, so I was expecting to again lease another vehicle from them. I began asking questions about the Blazer, which really took my eye. I was surprising myself, because I had no idea that I would develop an interest in a car other than a Chrysler product, but because of Justin's demeanor I ended up purchasing a Blazer and very happy that I did. Before I decided to make the purchase, out of loyalty to my Chrysler salesman, I called him and explained what I was about to do and basically hoping he would be okay with it. The deal that I ended up with was one that he was good about me going this direction and he couldn't compete with it.
