Very professional and fun to work with. Geno was very well prepared for me once I arrived. The time spent at dealership was minimal and seamless. Geno made every moment count, I left feeling like I was his number one client. He has gone above and beyond even after the purchase to make sure I’m comfortable and happy with my new Traverse.

Geno Dragone at Dick Genthe Chevrolet. He hooked me up with a beautiful new Equinox. The whole transaction was seamless with no hidden fees or high pressure sales. The price was very reasonable and he went above and beyond to make sure I received everything I wanted and he was very patient with all my demands. It's always nice when the price is the price and you don't have to worry about any hidden fees or add-ons. Everyone there makes you feel like family. I highly recommend Geno at Dick Genthe Chevrolet.

Overall,very pleased with extra effort to get my new
Overall,very pleased with extra effort to get my new truck correctly ordered and delivered. The process after I ordered truck from factory was flawed apparently by GM apparently because order was altered and 2 wrong trucks were sent to dealership?When my truck came in,it did not have spray in bedliner that I ordered from factory.Not Geno fault,he is 5 stars.He arranged to have spray bedliner done locally which I appreciate and like Rhino liner.I came into dealership 2 months before lease ended to order truck but still had to extend lease on 1st truck.This was not pleasant experience.Geno made the difference as he was great.Will buy a vehicle from him again.

Selling vehicles these days can be challenging, more so for buyers like me. Meeting Ron was an accident, since I stopped by completely unplanned and unannounced. There was something truly special about Ron the moment a met him. His eagerness and sincerity in helping me was palpable. I trusted him right away and felt at ease. I’ve taken my vehicle to this facility twice within the
I’ve taken my vehicle to this facility twice within the past year, and both times I was given an outrageously high bill without proper explanation. Each time, my car was kept for more than five days with no offer of a rental car or alternative transportation for the inconvenience. The overall service was extremely disappointing. The service representative was unprofessional, failed to communicate what was going on with my vehicle, and never provided updates. I specifically requested an oil change, which was never done—no washer fluid was added, and my tires were in poor condition (including one bulging and both back tires worn), yet none of this was brought to my attention. I later found out I needed three different types of flushes, but that was never mentioned. To make matters worse, the employee who helped me during drop-off asked if I smoked or drank, which was completely inappropriate and unprofessional. He even mentioned clocking in for work while still at home. This entire experience was unacceptable. I would like to speak directly with the CEO or upper management regarding this facility and the poor service I received.
