John Griffin absolutely went out of his way to help me, even when he didn't need to. I didn't purchase my current vehicle from Hartnell Chevy, but from now on I am only going to be dealing with them. John helped me get the paperwork my bank needed to secure the loan to purchase out my lease when the dealership I got the car from would not, not because they couldn't, but because they wouldn't. I am forever grateful for what John did for me and I will be sending all my friends their way if they are in need of a vehicle. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. Once again, John, thank you for all your help.

Was recently in a car accident that left my compact SUV totaled. In this market I was panicked that I would be able to find something in budget that didn't feel like junk. After spending all Saturday at different dealerships leaving more and more down after each one, we stopped into Hartnell and talked with Randy. He was absolutely fabulous. After a day of no one listening to what I was saying, and worse talking down to me like I didn't understand finance or how cars worked, it was a breath of fresh air. I slept on my options and called first thing Monday morning, John and Randy were able to gather all my data over the phone to have everything ready for me when I walked in. I wish I would have started there on Saturday, the people and quality of vehicles was 1000% better than any of the other dealerships.

Let's be honest, many experiences with car dealers are uncomfortable, but I have leased or bought 6 cars from Hartnell and always had a pleasant experience. Call and ask for Craig. You won't be sorry you did.

Car buying experience was fantastic in every way. Craig the salesman was great . Came from out of state and they picked me up at the airport. Vehicle was perfectly detailed and everything ready to complete the transaction very fast. Extremely satisfied.

I recently shopped for a used Chevy Silverado at Hartnell in Salem, Wi. Monika was my sales consultant and she was very thorough in describing the vehicle and answering all my questions, taking all the time I required. There was no pressure in the purchasing aspect, just relaxed conversation. After sales followup has been good as well.
