Easy, no-pressure car-buying experience

I purchased a car from Candy Ford two weeks ago and was pleased with the experience. Salesman Joe Daly explained the paperwork and car-buying process very well. He was patient and easy to talk to. After doing online searches of Lansing-area dealerships for a blue Ford Fusion Titanium, I found one in Charlotte. It was worth the drive, and I got a sweet deal on wheels.

Easy, no-pressure car-buying experience

Awful

Shopping wasn’t bad but Dan was the absolute worst salesman i’ve ever seen. He wanted to argue with me no matter what i said and didn’t value anything i said. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not to to candy ford of charlotte. Dan is very bad.

Wonderful Experience!

new truck purchase

both on the phone and in person the salesman seemed disinterested. the reaction i received was yup just somebody else looking at new trucks. i did purchase a brand new 2018 f-150.

Great Family Friendly Atmosphere! Great People!

Great friendly experience! The price was right and Dan Dipple and John Dykstra went out of their way to make me feel like part of the family. I will always buy and servicie from Candy Ford. Thanks guys!

Drove across the state for nothing

We found a used van here that met our needs and called ahead. I asked specifically that the vehicle had rear power liftgate and was told that it did (the salesperson read the same website that I did to get this information). When we arrived, after driving almost 2 hours, we walked out to the van and the power liftgate didn't work. One of the side doors also didn't seem to open by power. The salesmen appeared to have never looked at the van before. Later they called and said that the power liftgate did work but it had been turned off...if they had looked at the vehicle before than they would have known this. They also made some side comment about someone else being interested in the van which seemed completely inappropriate and irrelevant. It was a complete waste of a day.

the work they seems ok, but the tried to tell me that my lower control arms were bad for $1200.00. Just a bad sway bar link. really sad

WORST Experience I've ever had at a dealership!!

The worst experience I've ever had at a dealership. My car was not in the condition it should be after an accident. There were several dummy lights on including the check engine light after I left which was not on prior to the accident. And after I pulled out of their parking lot I ran out of gas and did not make it to the gas station and they said we don't do gas!!
