We went to Feldman of highland to look for a use Traverse

We went to Feldman of highland to look for a use Traverse that would meet our our needs. Kirk in sales met us outside and asked if he could us, he did. Two days later he called us and told us about a beautiful Traverse 2022 that just came in as a lease turn in. That next day we signed papers for the Traverse. Kirk was very pleasant to do business with and very helpful and courteous to us. We would also like to give credit to the rest of the Feldman team for all there efforts. Sincerely Ione

Very professional and pleasant.

Very professional and pleasant. Chris Johnson was very diligent in finding the car I wanted, Corbyn Blackwell was very thorough in completing paperwork and showing me how the car operates. We will be return customers

Eric was not the best dealer agent to work with, he won't

Eric was not the best dealer agent to work with, he won't look at you as a woman only wanted to talk to my boyfriend yet the money was coming out of my pocket as the car was for me, he spent a lot of time working on another person's stuff on the computer who wasn't even there while repeating himself about how busy he was. Went back next morning with a cashier's check as all other paperwork was finalized the night before and still had to wait 1.5hrs because he was "busy" there where at least 14 other agents just sitting around. 🤞 On my purchase

Purchased a car from them last year came in for a free

Purchased a car from them last year came in for a free oil change they checked my cabin air filter dumped a bunch of debris out messed up my blower motor and basically telling me it's my problem not theirs. I have problems with them when I purchased the car of them not doing what they said they would do I have three more free oil changes no thank you

I’ve now been to Feldman’s service department three

I’ve now been to Feldman’s service department three separate times for the same issue with my tire—and I’m beyond disappointed. The first visit was for a cracked rim, the second was due to a broken seal, and I was just in again today for what I was told was another broken seal on the same tire. Each time, I was reassured the issue was fully resolved. Yet within one hour of leaving today, the tire pressure had dropped by over 10 psi. At this point, I can’t help but feel like they may have just added air and sent me on my way without actually fixing anything. I’ve worked with Eugene during the last couple of visits, and I’ve been shocked by how poorly he communicates with customers. Instead of trying to help, he speaks condescendingly and shifts blame back on me—as if I’m the one who worked on the vehicle. It’s incredibly frustrating to deal with ongoing issues, but what makes it worse is the complete lack of accountability and professionalism. I’ve given Feldman more than enough chances, but after this experience, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. I expected better—and you should too.

My experience at Feldman Chevrolet of Highland was the best! My salesman Eric Swiden got me in a new truck that I love. The process was quick and smooth. This is my first Chevy! I absolutely love it! Glad I chose to go to Feldman. They were very professional; the dealership is clean and was very busy with customers. I highly recommend Eric as well as anyone from the Feldman Chevrolet dealer.

My car developed a problem, (engine light stayed on) and

My car developed a problem, (engine light stayed on) and reduced engine power. The service department set a date and time to bring my car in and offered to provide a loaner car. I brought my car in on the scheduled date & time. The loaner car was washed, gassed up and ready for pick up. The repair was done in a few days; part of the repair cost was covered by warranty and my car runs great. The service department made this a painless process.

Feldman is very professional.

Feldman is very professional. They had a great deal on an oil change package that I couldn't pass up. $200 for four oil changes on my Silverado using synthetic oiI. I couldn't do it cheaper myself.
