Worst experience I've ever had spent all day dealing with a sales person he texted me at 3:30 the last info , I sent them the info at 4:30, he called me right back minutes and told me the vehicle was just sold

I seen a truck on there website that just came in.

I seen a truck on there website that just came in. I went on Friday and Ben was the first person to greet me. Told him which truck I was interested in and within minutes I was test driving the truck. Told him I wanted it. We worked out a great deal and with a few hours I drove my new/used truck home. This is my third car purchase through them and every time has been great. Thanks Ben

Manager was a complete xxx.

Manager was a complete xxx. Salesman and Finance were good. I walked out because of Manager. Fyi: I am a woman and he made me know that. Asked for $500 off of used car. No, way shape or form. He could have, he just didn't want to. I got it loud and clear!

I just want to shout out our salesman, Steve Zittel! Steve did an excellent job helping us to find the best car for us He was caring, patient, informative and professional resulting in us leaving with the perfect vehicle! We are very happy with our purchase and highly recommend Steve!

Very easy deal.

Very easy deal. Went in and looked at a vehicle that was set out for us prior to our arrival. First 5 dealerships we tried going through never produced a single vehicle for us to look at that was discussed over the phone we had set appointments up to go look at. The salesman Ben was very easy to work with, no hassles and down to earth guy. I’d seek him out again when it’s time for another car. I’ll be going back to Feldman for our next purchase.

I baught a equinox my car was a a total loss that I was

I baught a equinox my car was a a total loss that I was trying to turn in so for that scenario I was told by my salesman that I could have my car requested to be repoed and I was asking questions about that in how would that work and they brought up a paper on the car that in baught from this dealership Feldman of highland park .. I went through the purchase process on the equnoix signed papers and was told that my car would be delivered the next day by noon the car was at another location and I couldn’t look at it spent over 3 hours in the dealership for them to make promises that we all lies . I was told in the day that they were supposed to deliver my car was told that the driver that was delivering my car had Covid . Fine it happens but had no one else to deliver my car . I was told that my car couldn’t be delivered Saturday , Sunday they are closed I called several times that day . I was lied too after they got my money . I had to wait until Monday I was told Monday that the car would be in my driveway at noon again . No phone call updates until I called the salesman Nick and the person that he was training . I was informed several time that the car was being detailed for several house . Then the salesman told me that the car would be delivered at 3pm so I called at 3 pm with no car in my driveway left me stranded because my other cars insurance and plate was already transferred . I called at 3 pm again when my car was supposed to be delivered from when I spoke to the earlier that day . Then I was told after I called the salesman the second time on Monday that I lived in a bad area in Taylor mi and the driver didn’t feel safe driving to Taylor . Which is xx on the dealerships part. I was told that I have to wait until the dealership closed for my salesman to deliver my car …I am beyond pissed off at this point . They made promises and they failed to treat me as a paying customer . The salesman didn’t drop my car off until Monday at 1030 at night and he enough nerve to say that he did everything that he could to deliver my car ….no he didn’t I feel that I was mistreated on getting my car that I was promised on that pervious Saturday I let Saturday go because Covid happens but this dealer did nothing to help his customer . I was promised that I would be getting gift cards for my inconvenience I have never seen anything. This dealership would call their customers and see how the car is doing I have never heard anything back from the delarship scene the day they delivered my car at 1030 at night in total darkness …..you people wer nothing but liars and did nothing but put me in a lawsuit with my other cars because I was lied to about having my car repoed!!!!!! I will never go to Feldman again and I will be contacting the better business bureau on this matter and reporting the dealership you .you didn’t do anything to make it right you would just hang up on me when I called . I have to give you a star rating it is all zero stars
