Love my Acadia
Bought a brand new Acadia almost 2 years ago and I LOVE IT !! My sales experience was great. All my service appointments were great. Would definitely buy from this dealer again.
Purchased a used Certified GMC Sierra 1500 in November. I told salesman SEVERAL times prior to picking up the truck and while at dealership to put the truck in my business name. Salesman stated it had to be in my name and that was a DMV issue and could be dealt with when registering it. Come to find out the salesman lied because I was unable to register the truck in my business name without paying sales tax twice. The dealership was also unwilling to send me a new bill of sale in my business name. An instant transmission problem arose while driving the truck home. The factory heated steering wheel did not work and the factory roof mounted GPS antenna is leaking water inside the cabin along the A pillar every time it rains. The truck was obviously not checked over and just checked off as certified. When I contacted the dealership to notify them of the problems Brandon stated "I handle internet requests and the beginning of the process. As this is a service issue and not something I have jurisdiction over, I will have them reach out to you." I never did hear back from Brandon or the service department. I was also told by the salesman that the truck was never used for towing only a few times a year to tow a boat. That is funny because the dealership did a "decent" job of covering up the 5th wheel hitch hole in the bed. I highly recommend anyone that visits this dealership NOT to purchase a vehicle from them. They do not care about the customer only making money.
Was called in 6 months early to see about getting into a new car.. did just that walked out that day with new car under the agreement that they would pay the remaining 6 payments and the excess mileage would be rolled into my new payments ( I am paying 100 more) received a bill 9 months later for $3k. I know I don't owe this bill and was ignored over and over again from the sales manager to the general manager... They agreed to pay half of the new invoice .. but I had to pay $618 out of my pocket that I know I don't owe their reputation is worth that I guess.. This is the worst experience I Have ever had and the by far the worst I have been treated by any business in my life.. I was not a valued customer at all.. and they made me feel it... could have cared less.. Esther Suarez
Absolute worst customer service! Went in to inquire about a car, came back I would need a co-signer, which is fine. I was told to fill out the app online with my co-signer so I did, contacted the sales guy after, he said it would take about 2 days to find out if everything went through okay. Never heard back, I called and emailed several times just to kept being told “we will call you right back after you check the app” never got a call back. Needless to say I took my business elsewhere, where I had no issues and was not given the run around.

Excellent Buying Experience
After shopping around, I found the right car here for a very reasonable deal. Adam was excellent to work with - knowledgeable and able to put together the purchase to my satisfaction, without sales pressure and with the support of other personnel as needed. Both Adam and representatives of various departments provided orientation to the dealership services and the operation and maintenance of my specific car...and they still take the time whenever I have questions.

I could not find a vehicle in my area so I went to Albany and found Goldstein Buick - GMC. I was so happy that I finally found the vehicle I was looking for a GMC Aciada. I was very pleased with the service at the Goldstein dealership and I would highly recommend them to any one looking for a new or used vehicle. Everyone was so pleasant to deal with and the transaction went so smoothly. If I ever buy a another vehicle again I will definitely go back to Goldstein Buick - GMC.
This dealership is not trustworthy in anything
Jasen in the auto body said they couldn't assess the damage to my truck unless I paid $150 diagnostic fee and that the air bag sensors looked new, like they'd been recently replaced and that I probably had had recent problems with the air bag unrelated to the accident. A diagnostic fee was never mentioned in the numerous phone calls prior to bringing my truck in. So I told Jasen I want my truck back, I'll take it somewhere else. He said they already took my bumper and grill off and threw it out and I owe them. Jeffrey Winney apologized, asked for another chance, said they hadn't thrown out my bumper and grill. A week later, I was told the air bag sensors looked old and rusted (completely different story) and the insurance adjuster said that the body shop told him that the other damages I was claiming are unrelated to my accident. I told them I want my truck back to get a second opinion. Jeffrey made me pay $100 in cash to get my truck back in pieces, bumper and grill unattached, and bumper had the corner cracked. He had mentioned before that they had a hard time removing the bumper because of extra tabs on the ends they didn't know about. Now I know what he was talking about. I guess they just ripped it off. I called Jeffrey to find out about the two different stories on the sensors and the cracked bumper, but he never bothered to call me back. I received the insurance check with Goldstein's and my name on it, and Jeffrey refused to have it signed over to me even when my insurance called him personally to ask him to please sign it over.
