Amazing Customer Service

The Goldstein Buick Team made my car buying experience easy and relaxing. Ben was an amazing Sales person and the rest of the Goldstein Buick Team really made me feel confident in my ?New to Me? Used car purchase. I would recommend them to anyone searching for new or used vehicles. The Free Car Washes for Life, Hot Dogs and Popcorn were such a great added bonus. It is also nice to know that if I need to bring my car in for service on a bad weather day, I can drive right into the garage and do not have to get out in the weather. Best experience ever purchasing a new car.

We stopped into Goldstein GMC on a Saturday. We wanted to look at a new 2015 GMC Terrain that we found through cars.com. We've bought many cars from many dealers in the past, so we know what to expect. We knew what our trade was worth and was ready to haggle to get the deal done. They came back the first time with such a fair offer I just could not argue. They were spot on and the numbers were exactly where we figured they should be. We were very impressed with how things went. We would highly recommend anyone looking for a new or used vehicle to stop in and give these guys a try. You will not regret it. I doubt we will ever shop anyplace else.

Lee the salesman was outstanding. He took time explaining the car and its accessories. Dan Sweeny was professional in helping my wife and I through the process

Great Service - Staff was very helpful!

I just purchased a used, certified 2012 Buick Verano from Glen Shefkowitz at the dealership on Central Ave. and let me tell you, I had a great experience! I did my homework on the web and knew exactly what I wanted, I went in there and he helped me get it! Glen worked right along with me and didn't pressure me at all. He was caring and really wanted know what he could do for me to make this happen. I was so happy by the time I left there and felt really good about going to them - it's too bad not all dealerships work like they do. The financial advisor and the managers were wonderful people and they took the time in answering the questions that I had. The next day after leaving I had noticed my air pressure being a little low and was concerned. I called William Morse, the Service Advisor, right from work and he told me it was no problem bring it right in after work and we'll take care of it for you. They did I didn't have to wait or anything! These guys are fantastic! I would strongly recommend them to people! Great job!

Positive Experience Buying my New Buick Lacrosse

Sales Consultant, Lee Pelton, spent a good deal of time making sure we were familiar with all safety features and other important features before we drove the car off the lot. He was patient, courteous and knowledgeable about the car we purchased. Made the experience non stressful . . . . Business Manager, Justin Niles, handled all the required financial paperwork, which went very smoothly. He was very knowledgeable and efficient, which put us at ease during that part of the transaction . . . . Nice environment; clean, comfortable atmosphere . . . . I would recommend Goldstein Buick to friends and family.

Great Experience

I recently purchased a new 2015 GMC Acadia SLT-1 from Goldstein Buick GMC and my experience was great. The facility was very nice and clean, my sales rep Josh Vaness was friendly and to the point, the sales manager Pat was very informative. They handled all the paperwork and took care of everything very quickly. The provide a lot of assistance and offer a great deal of services.

Great experience overall.

I want to thank Sales Manager Michael Kemp-McCoy, Sales Consultant Glen Shefkowitz, and Service Advisor William Morse for making my purchase of my Buick Encore a very pleasant one. Michael was very good in setting a fair price being the vehicle had 7000 dealer miles already on it, example, throwing in the best mats throughout the car because I do a lot of chain saw work. Glen did a wonderful job stepping in when my original Consultant had to leave unexpectedly due to family issues. William on my first complimentary service did an excellent job in communicating with Glen on the needs of the vehicle. When I bought the car, the back hatchback panel was damaged and uncleaned from the dealer mileage. William got in touch with Glen who went into detail that everything needed to be ordered and fixed, along with the upcoming order of new mats. William has since ordered everything to come in and has assured me that when the parts come in, he will call me and schedule the work to be done at no charge. I have been very happy with the service so far, and if this type of service keeps up with the life of the vehicle, I will definitely do future business with the Goldstein Group.

Pleasant experience

I recently bought a Buick Encore. Ben was so helpful each of the 3 or 4 times I came in for a test drive, with no pressure to buy. When I did come in to make the deal, Ben and Justin were both easy-going and again, no pressure to buy services I didn't want. Here's a heads-up to other dealers: the more you turn up the pressure, the more I turn on my heels to head out the door. And I'm sure many others are like me. So, good job to Goldstein Buick.

Wonderful experience!

Went to Goldstein Buick because of an especially good lease deal on a Buick Encore but feel that I got way more than that. Ben was amazingly helpful in quickly finding me the exact car that I wanted; Justin took care of my new lease in record time; Jason introduced me to the service department and set up a 1 month checkup for my beautiful new Encore (and explained how easy it is to get a free car wash any time I want one); and then the General Sales Manager, Glen, spent a few minutes really making me feel 100% sure I had chosen the right dealership with which to do business! How easy was that!!! Everyone went out of their way to make leasing a new car a very pleasant experience!
