Worst Experience in 60 years of customer service I've

Worst Experience in 60 years of customer service I've ever had. .recall appointment confirmed get there and they don't have the part to fix my truck. Salesmen was not helpful what so ever.you would think after spending 95,000.00 on a truck I would get a little service but not here.

After several attempts to contact my sales rep. He finally decides to call me back weeks later. offered to order me a bed liner for my truck, which i required about while sitting at his desk. The return phone call was only ro find out why he was subject to a poor reveiw. I paid cash for my truck 95,000.00 to be exact Think they would order me and bedliner or heck through it in on the deal I found the truck went there paid them cash. Then i get avoided by my sales rep for weeks I sure bet he enjoyed his commissions for doing absolutely nothing for me in return.

Going on 3 weeks now and not one person has returned any of my calls Except the terrible sales rep i had and he only returned my call to find out why he got one star rating. Absolutely a joke for any kind of service. Stay away from this Dick Scott.

A great experience!

A great experience! Rick was great to work with and got me a fair trade in on my old Jeep. A very smooth transaction and he explained everything about my new Jeep very thoroughly. I love my new Rubicon ecoDiesel!

Sold my Black 2017 1500 hemi express murder edition truck

Sold my Black 2017 1500 hemi express murder edition truck for a 2019 Druango awd at DIck Scott's in Fowlerville MI. I informed them of all the accidents on the vehicle along with the truck has water damage from being submerged in water up to the windows, they sold it with no accidents or flood damage to someone. (also they had all the damage showing on the truck on their website). The 2019 Durango awd I bought from them for 5 months has been brought back over and over, for it constantly said everything was disabled while I was driving the vehicle. The vehicle from day one would read " power steering disabled, breaks disabled, transmission disabled" while the vehicle was in motion, along with it accelerating by itself, with the check engine light flashing. (Meaning I couldn't stop or turn the vehicle even if I wanted to, because the breaks are disabled and power steering disabled. If I take a turn or hit a small bump like a speed bump with the vehicle I would lose traction control, power steering and lose the ability to accelerate the vehicle in the middle of the road. I brought it in every time only to be told there's no code, but I have video proof of what its doing. Every time I've been turned away. The vehicle has finally kept a code and the cost for a diagnostic is 145.00, but my paperwork says 130.00, and now they want 500.00 immediately after having the vehicle for weeks and them claiming that they had the engine torn down. Now there telling me they never worked on it or them telling me never opened the engine as they stated every other day this month that they were working on the car and looking at the engine. The car was there from October 11th to today October 31. They gave me the Durango back with a dent in the trunk in between the rear window whipper and tail light, a broken air vent on the right passenger side, and missing part of it's engine cover and claimed it was me who did it, I can't even reach the engine because I am short. Moreover, there's sensors in the back of the vehicle which makes it impossible to rear end anything while reversing. Do not buy any vehicles or use this dealership for servicing you vehicle. The service manager Butch is the worse of all, I called him out on his lies and he kept asking for money over the phone. I lost both my jobs because of this dealership and lack out honesty is disturbing. They will screw you for their own benefit.

I've been lied to by the dealership, they worked on my vehicle and gave it back in deplorable condition. I asked for the paperwork for the work they did, they stated to me they moved the ignition coils, spark plugs, and fuel injectors around. Only for them to later claim when I took the vehicle back after them having it for near a whole month that they did nothing. It went in to be diagnosed for why it was disabling the breaks and power steering while the car is in motion. They looked at the engine?

Found the car I wanted online (2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee

Found the car I wanted online (2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited with 12k miles). Nelson Cypher did a video walk-around the vehicle, and answered all our many detailed questions. Ryan answered 5 calls within a few hours to work out the financing and get us a good rate. I flew into Detroit, they picked me up, drove me to the dealership, I test drove the car, signed the papers, and drove the car home. Nelson is the salesman you always hope to get (but never seem to) when buying a used car, and Ryan really knows his side of the business, and no pressure to acquire extended warranties. I can't say enough positive about working with this dealership except to say that I would gladly fly to them to purchase my next car!
