Terrible service.

Terrible service. My 2020 Jeep grand Cherokee had to be towed to the dealership for service on Sunday for my Monday morning appt. This is my only vehicle. They did not “find the problem “ until Tuesday at which time they said a part had to be ordered , delivered on Wednesday. They called saying it was fixed on Wednesday. I did not get it out of the service before it quit working again. it is now Thursday. They have not repaired yet. I am beside myself. I feel sorry for Anthony, receiving my calls and trying to make valid excuses. He is not the problem.

Made an appointment to have my wife’s 2017 Jeep Grand

Made an appointment to have my wife’s 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee looked at for a clicking sound heard at low speeds. Was sent a text from them advising I could communicate with them through said text number. After four days I inquired about the diagnosis and was advised via text that they would get back to me in the next day or two at the latest. I waited another four days and texted again asking the diagnosis and did not receive a text back. The next day I called and was advised that they had just finished an engine job and will move me to the top of the list. Why take my car if you can’t work on it for 9 days? Communication would be nice. If you don’t have time to do it just tell me that, why make an appointment to just have my car sit there. I won’t be going back there again.

W have purchased many vehicles from the dealership.

W have purchased many vehicles from the dealership. We have bought multiple vehicles from our salesman Rick. He knows what we are looking for and if it’s not on the lot he finds it. He is professional and easy to work with. We also appreciate the service department. Lisa and Jenifer are great to work with too. We often call and let them know we will be dropping off a vehicle early in the morning before they open. The next day a couple hours after they open we get a call that it’s ready for pick up. That’s Service. You can buy a vehicle anywhere; but to have a Salesman like Rick and the girls in Service like Lisa and Jenifer makes that dealership. That’s why we keep coming back.
