Dick Scott Motor Mall

I would like to thank Rick Artibee for making my car purchase stress free. I had tried for 4 days to get a dealership close to my home just to give me a price on a used car and they would not even contact me. I emailed Dick Scott through their website , I received a confirmation in 20 minutes that someone would contact me ( this was Sunday night ). Monday morning before the dealership even opened Rick Artibee called me. We greed on a very fair price in about 10 minutes no hassle what so ever. I explained to Rick that I have a disabled son making the drive down to the dealership difficult. He told me he would deliver the car to my house. I was shocked as no one ever offered to do that for me. When the car came it was spotless and had a full tank of gas. The guy who delivered it ( Dennis ) was very friendly & knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Dick Scott and especially Rick Artibee give them a chance to show you what they showed me " that the customer does matter ".

I am now a loyal Dick Scott customer, the customer service was outstanding. I highly recommend giving Dick Scott a chance to show you what they showed me " how to treat a customer"

Alexis was great to work with. I bought a new wrangler from her and she was very polite and professional. I would recommend her to anyone.

Jason and Ashley provided exceptional customer service and gave me a great deal on a 2015 Jeep Cherokee. They were able to give me good value for my trade and made the car buying experience very painless! Jeff the finance manager was very pleasant to work with as well! After shopping around at several other dealerships, the service there was very refreshing! We'll definitely go back to Dick Scott Motor Mall.

I stopped in and talked to Nelson Cypher about a used car for my wife. I had checked their inventory on line and asked if still available. He had all 3 vehicles ready to drive for my wife Cindy. She liked the Buick Verona and we decided to buy it. Unfortunately with her work schedule and an ice storm it deemed almost impossible to get together but with Nelson's patience and schedule adjusting we finally did, Jeff the financial person was very good to work with and the signing came off and we now own along with the credit union a reliable car for my wife. I have to say that this was the most pleasureable car buying experience i have ever had

This will be my 3rd leasing experience with Dick Scott Motor Mall & as always it was great. Ashley was very helpful & professional. They delivered my car to my home because it is a distance & had all my paperwork ready for me to sign they make it so convenient for the customers!

The salesman (Mitchell) I dealt with was very professional, helpful, and went out of his way to help me. I found the car on the internet and wanted to check it out and do a couple comparisons. Very efficient. And the closing on the sale was easier than I expected. I'd definitely come back (and I live an hour away).
