I found a vehicle I wanted after researching cars for 1 month. I sent an internet inquiry on July I got a call the next day; I had some questions - they never called me back. I stopped to test drive the car a week later. I walked around the lot for 20 minutes, nobody around. Somebody finally came out. He told me dealership was closing in 10 minutes and it was too late to test drive it. He gave me his card, told me I could come back if still interested...never even took my name. This is a car that has been on the lot for 3 months. Now I know why.

My experience with the service department is terrible they talk over me .Talk down to me. I have had my truck in for recalls and repairs a few times and it has never been pleasant. Most resent has been on Friday 7/7 /2017 they kicked me out of the dealership. This is over a front end alinement a reputable alinement shop states there is a problem they say there is no issues but it still wares out the front tires in about 10k miles

I despise car shopping and I usually lease vehicles, so I'm always faced with dealerships and sales reps every 3 years. Over the years, most dealerships have made me as a customer feel hassled, swindled or otherwise uncomfortable with the entire car buying process. I have leased two vehicles from Armory, and have yet to feel anxious with my car needs being met (including pricing, vehicle features, etc.). Billy Martin has gone above and beyond his job requirements in helping me not only find the right vehicle for my family and me, but allowing for continued positive experiences, You can't get rid of me, I just keep coming back!

CAROLINE IS AMAZING! WHEN I FIRST ARRIVED I MET CAROLINE, I TOLD HER ALL MY ISSUES, CREDIT WASNT GOOD DUE GOING THRU A DIVORCE. SO I THOUGHT I WOULD HAVE TO GET INTO A CAR I MAY NOT REALLY WANT! I fell in love with THE 2015 Jeep Cherokee 4by4 At first I was thinking to my self , I can't afford this Or won't be approved for a loan on this amount! Armory Garage and Harry Roselan in the sales department are top notch. I purchased from Armory Garage and Harry two years ago a new Chrysler Convertable. The overall buying experience was that the dealership and Harry Roselan will do what ever it takes to finalize your deal. Jeff the credit manager was again very helpful in getting the best financing at the lowest interest rate on the terms you can afford. This time I purchased a new 2016 Jeep Compass Harry Roseland and staff were outstanding I highly recommend you look over their inventory and come in and see Harry and his coworkers.

This was the Best vehicle buying experience I have ever had. My salesperson Brian Koehler took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted, and more importantly understood that I had some financial concerns. Rather than push me into a vehicle I did not want, I was offered the opportunity to come back when ready, even if it was months down the road. As it turns out, I was able to finance a Jeep Wrangler, at an unbelievable rate in which the Finance Dept., specifically Eric Gangelosi fought to get for me utilizing his experience in the field and many years of expertise. And if I did not mention this already, this entire process was done within one day, and I drove off the lot. I cant say enough about the service and respect I was shown from the team and the amazing vehicle I was able to get. I give both of these gentlemen a five star rating.
