Armory Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram FIAT

A couple of months ago my fiance and I bought a certified Jeep Grand Cherokee when my fiance's car broke down. Two weeks ago I came in to test drive some vehicles as my car was finally paid off (and I was very jealous of my fiance's Jeep). There are several very friendly and helpful people at Armory but I only wanted Steve. Having worked with Steve before he remembered me and gave me the red carpet treatment again. He knew exactly what vehicle to show me, a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo with the altitude package (upgraded interior, blacked out badging, the works). He hit the nail on the head but insisted I look at some other vehicles. We test drove a number of vehicles which was both fun and informative. As we walked past different vehicles Steve rattled off everything you could possibly want to know about the vehicles. I appreciate that Steve took the time to show us our other options even though he could have just stopped with the first vehicle, because I was hooked. I test drove my Jeep on a saturday filled out some paper work and picked it up on Monday. I also need to thank Ben Nyahay. The two person duo of Steve and Ben made everything so easy. Long story short I love my new Jeep (and so do all my friends and family). I wouldn't go to any other person than Steve when shopping for a car, he is professional and personable.

We had come in to replace my much older model car that had finally gave out. Our salesman was Rich Kellerhouse. He very friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. He was able to answer all our questions and was a huge help in what can be a very overwhelming process. We will be back again to buy our next car from Rich and will highly recommend him and Armory. Who goes to buy a car with only a list of criteria, not having searched the website, and completely unprepared to deal with a salesperson? My wife and I. Fortunately, we ended up at Armory with Mike ?Beep? Horn. Given the above scenario, we would have been taken advantage of at most dealerships. That was not even remotely the case at Armory with Mike. My wife had her list of needs and not only did Mike find the ideal vehicle, but he took the time to find us the best fit for us, financially. Because of Armory and Mike, my wife now owns her first ever brand new car. There is zero doubt in my mind that Armory is the only dealer that could have made this possible. We will absolutely be return customers, not just because of the great deal, but because of the quality customer service, which does not exist elsewhere in the Capital Region. I went to Armory Garage to look at the new Jeep Cherokee. I was greeted by David Kaplan who came out of the showroom in 90 degree weather and said Hi, I'm Dave, welcome to Armory Garage. He asked me if I had any questions and I said that I'm just looking. He said that's great, everyone has to start somewhere. He asked me a lot of questions and really listened to my answers.He asked if I ever drove one? I said no and he said you are in for a big suprise. After explaining the features of the car we took it for a test drive andI fell in love with it. It drove like a dream. When we got back, he took down information on my car and shortly after speaking to his manager, Albie Russo presented me with a payment that was below what I was paying now. I said I want this car. I filled out a credit application and went into Todd Corcoran, the business manager who was able to include an extended waranty still keeping within my budget. This was the best car buying experience I ever had. Everyone was great to deal with and I was not given any pressure to buy a car. I will reccomend David Kaplan to all my friends and family because he is fantastic to deal with. Armory Garage and David Kaplan are now my new dealer.

Paul hooked us up! Loaded 2013 Ford F150 Lariat! Premium Package, Leather, Trailer Package, 22" wheels, 4x4, Premium Audio, Crew Cab, Remote Start, and the list goes on and on!! $8500 less than Carfax book value!! Paul Devane treated us great! After a number of horrible experience with my Massachusettes hometown dealerships I searched elsewhere!! It was well worth the 1 1/2 hour ride up to Armory! Paul greeted my wife and I with a joke and treated us well. He gave us the keys and we took a 30 minute test drive. We came back and made the deal! I found exactly what I was looking for and my wife's even happy! We will back to see Paul for my wife's car in the spring.

Christian did a phenomenal job with helping me purchase my wrangler. I searched around other dealerships and after meeting him, he made my decision easy.

I knew what I wanted, and I knew the price range I had in mind before even walking into the dealership. I simply wanted to test drive something. I've had poor experiences in the past with sales people and dealerships alike. Steve Nagor has completely changed my perception of sales people. My experience in dealing with him to purchase my Jeep surpasses any expectations I could have had in a sales person. He was polite, easy to talk to, and relatable. He listened and took into consideration all of my needs and concerns, and I feel that he genuinely wanted to give me the best deal possible. I will continue to recommend Armory Garage to everyone I know, and especially Steve Nagor.

Got a great deal from a great salesperson and manager Dave Ramon was great. I was searching for a car that was affordable, reliable , gets good gas mileage and can fit all the things I need to haul around from time to time. He showed me quite a few vehicles to consider and allowed me to test drive all of them. I had to get a second opinion from my father before making a deal. I never felt pressured into a sale and Dave was very easy going with all the questions from both myself and my dad. I ended up in a Civic, something way nicer than I thought I could get. I got a great deal, lower than any of the surrounding listings I found. When I learned that the vehicle only had 1 key, Joe was able to lower the price of the car even more so that I can afford to get another key made. I could not be happier. I highly recommend buying from Dave and Joe, I have already made sure all my friends and family know to check out the inventory here first.

New Car Experience The 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee is the fifth car we have purchased from Armory Garage. We are retired and find that the cars today are technically challenging. Harry Roselan went out of his way to carefully explain the details and operation of all the options. The car was ordered from the factory will the options we wanted. Six weeks later, we took delivery of the car. Again, Harry went over, in detail, all the features and operation of the Jeep. It is only our second day with the car and we could not be happier.

We couldn't have asked for a better car buying experience! We searched for weeks for a particular car (Chevy Cruze) and found it here THOUSANDS less than anywhere else. Very easy to deal with and there was absolutely no issues during the process. Go see Billy Martin if you are looking for a used car, he will bend over backward to make the deal work for you and is very thorough with no "car salesman" BS.
