Excellent service last Saturday. Completed “The Works” in about 45 to 50 minutes including a car wash. I thought it was great service employees can bring their dogs to work on Saturdays as well.

Lack of knowledge throughout the process. Horrible post sales experience. Dealership was unwilling to correct a mistake made by their finance department. Would highly recommend NEVER using this dealership to family, friends and anyone going through the car buying experience!

They did not perform the services they charged for in the Works oil change package, and the service tech was extremely unprofessional. Go elsewhere or do it yourself, seriously!

I live 40 miles out i’m not trying to come back in all the way to Janesville and i’m going elsewhere for the rotation that was never performed. Thanks for the response at least.
