Been a long time customer.

Been a long time customer.... and the people at the dealership are what make it as great as it is. From the front sales area back into the service department and the oil change center... I always have a good experience. I'd guess there are 3-4 Ford dealerships within a decent drive of my home... I see no reason to ever consider any other store besides Porcaro.

I’ve been to the service desk twice and have dealt with

I’ve been to the service desk twice and have dealt with Amanda both times. Both times she seemed disinterested and mentioned how they were really busy.

My wife and I were very satisfied with the service we

My wife and I were very satisfied with the service we received at Porcaro on 11-10-23. Caeden was our sales associate and he listened to our wants and needs and was able to get us into the vehicle we fell in love with. The experience was not high pressure or stress; Caeden was very down-to-earth and was not too aggressive in his sales approach. We felt as if we were treated like family and we recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle.

Horrible experience with this company!

Horrible experience with this company! After speaking with them several times about an issue I had with my car I got my own diagnostic machine and told them what the issue was. The guy I spoke with told me how much the problem would be to fix it. ($250) so I agreed to have them fix it. After they got my car they called and told me the issue was exactly what I told them it was but told me it would be an extra $150 because they had to diagnose the issue. The $250 turned into $500! Thank god I told them to forget the oil change because that was an additional $80! They also mentioned my car tires and said they were going bad and my tires are pretty new! Hopefully nothing happens to them after going there! This was a terrible experience and I will never go to them again! UPDATE. The manager sent me an email like a survey asking if I was happy with the service I responded to that email and no response whatsoever then I see it says the owner responded to my google review.. Clearly that’s for show! After leaving a review the day I got my car back and responded to an email that same day then calling 5 times I received a call back from Paul at the dealership who offered me points to come back to the place I truly feel robbed me so I declined and ask for what was rightfully mine he said because it was so long ago (2 weeks) the file was closed but he would call me back which he never did. Again I called left reviews and responded to their email THE SAME DAY! Over a month and 3 weeks now still nothing!

Ford was unable to do any deals on the Bronco we

Ford was unable to do any deals on the Bronco we purchased which was upsetting and they also told me they had some of the accessories in stock but when I went to purchase them nothing was in stock:( Needless to say but it was also upsetting. Other than those two comlaints my wife and I love the Bronco!
