MacMulkin - Buyer Beware
Planned on purchasing a new 2019 Corvette Grand Sport but found significant tire damage with deep grooves, raised fibers and embedded dirt consistent with a burn out indicating stress on the transmission. Amazingly, the MacMulkin parking lot and adjacent service bays provided proof of burn outs. Have pictures of car damage and burn outs. Sales staff (not all) were horrific, and owner was absent and self serving - Mr. Jeffrey Thompson - only involving himself after the Better Business Bureau complaint that I filed required a response, to which he lied and stated that I back out due to "buyers remorse" over the price of the car. The price of the car was fair, it was the damage and future transmission issues that I had a problem with (go figure...) The only remorse I had was going to MacMulkin. I have committed today to the same car, same price, just undamaged, at a reputable dealer instead. Do yourself a favor, and go elsewhere. MacMulkin does not care about you, and will not act in your service ( I did most of their job for them) - the cars sell themselves. What they will do is give you pat responses, tout themselves as the "second largest Corvette" dealership, beat your new car, and lie about it. I leave it to the Attorney General, DMV and GM to resolve the larger issues of bad practices at MacMulkin, damage to consumers, and tarnishing the great Corvette brand.

I would like to respond to your comments by simply stating that the vehicle was absolutely never abused as you stated. Our employees would never do this out of respect for the future owner of any car. I would also like to add that we had the local GM Service Manager come down to verify that the tires on that car had never been spun on pavement, it is very clear that never happened, they still have the mold marks consistent with a fresh tire. The tires are sticky and just a drive around the parking lot will attract small pieces of sand or dirt. Respectfully
Best Purchase Experience Ever
When the C7 convertibles were first out, the dealers I contacted had virtually no inventory, and wanted over list price for the cars they did have in stock. MacMulkin had the car I wanted in the right color with the exact options I would have put on a factory order. At a very good price. I bought the car with a "handshake" over the phone. Never having bought a car by phone, or with no chredit card number or cash/check deposit, I admit to some trepidation on the drive from Long Island to Nashua New Hampshire. What kind of stunts or surprises would they have in store? NONE. Everything was as promised. Friendly, courteous, patient, and reassuring customer service. Gorgeous Corvette perfectly prepared by people who understand the Corvette owner mentality. ALL the paperwork, documentation ... even the plastic that protected the seats ... was saved for me. THE ABSOLUTE BEST CAR-BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER. I bought the C7 for my 6th birthday. If Chevrolet gets the C8 convertible out in time ... and I can fit in it ... I may well get one for my 73rd. Not Happy with recent service visit
I made an apt. several weeks ago (Sept 5th, 2019) for a triple flush service with the new non hydroscopic transmission fluid ( GM part # 19417577) on my 2017 GS, purchased there. The July TSB was verified when I made my apt. I went in on 9/17 for my 7:30am apt. After waiting one and 1/2 hours, I was told that the fluid was not available and they didn't know when it would be. A total waste of my time. I do believe that the apt. should not have been scheduled when the fluid was not in inventory. Additionally, I should not had to wait 1 ½ hours to be told that my service could not be performed on that day. Now where are we?

No one will call back!!
I’ve been wanting to buy a car for 3 days. Have left 4 messages, no response. Imagine that. Someone wants to do business with you and you ignore them. When you call the dealership the receptionist says all sales people are very busy and someone will get back to you in 48 hours. Someone does call back but they are only trained on general questions. They say someone will call you back. NOT!!! Stay away from this dealership

STAY AWAY FROM MACMULKIN
Bought new Corvette Saturday Aug 17. Been calling all week to see when car will be ready. Got nothing but unanswered voicemails. Dealer operator said “ no one can talk to you” corvette team is in Pennsylvania.

Purchased a 2007 Corvette
Purchased a 2007 Corvette from them, although they don?t want budge on pricing for there used vehicles, the sales team is very good and know there stuff when it comes to these cars. I had a few minor issues with the vehicle upon picking it up, but so far they have been working with me to make it all right. Great place to buy from! Thanks for all the help thus far guys!

Replaced driv. sid seat cover.
In July 2018, had to replace driver seat cover which had folds and subsequently showed wearing of fabric. Approx., April, 2019 discovered same problem appeared on the seat cushion. Contacted your service department and returned the vehicle to your dealership on Mat 17, 2019. Service department brought my vehicle back in and replaced the seat cushion and cover. On or about May 20, 2019 received a call from a service department rep. inquiring about the repair and had to inform him that for the third time the cover was starting to show signs of the original problem. I was told to keep an eye on the problem and contact them if it continued to get worse and report back to him in one month. Although I appreciate the effort of both the service reps. and techs. who have been great in trying to get this matter repaired, I would like to get it resolved. Thanks, and will continue to use your services.
