This will be a long review but important to get a full picture of how awful this dealership treats customers. First I will review the service department- I have had 2 interactions with the service department that left me seeing red. The first time, I had my truck diagnosed at another Chevy dealership and due to the slimy fine print in the warranty (that was not explained to me) there was a clause that service provided had to be done at MacMulkin alone, even if they were booked 3 weeks out and it’s a safety issue. Anyways, I told them the issue which was already diagnosed and the service department must have “known better” and decided to replace another part. Well, I picked my truck up and surprisingly the part they fixed wasn’t the issue and I then had to drive back the 45 minutes to have them replace the part that I told them was the issue. My next experience was today. I waited a few weeks for an opening in the service department to diagnose and fix a few issues with my truck. They called early this morning stating “Why is your truck here? You don’t have an appointment and I have no paperwork.” I was livid since I knew I had an appointment. They called back later to say they found the paperwork and “will see what they can do.” Obviously very organized department. I called about 30 minutes before they closed to see what their diagnostics were and come to find out THEY DIDN’T EVEN LOOK AT MY TRUCK!!! They stated they could probably “get around to it” on Tuesday. This is not respecting a customers time or money, it takes me 1.5 hours to drive there and back not to mention the gas wasted for no reason all while having a scheduled appointment made weeks prior. The complete lack of consideration is unbelievable. Now here’s a synopsis of my purchasing experience with their fantastically incompetent sales department. I will state that they corrected the sales issue later but that’s when I ran into the sneaky salesman that omitted that the warranty was only for that dealer when I made it clear that I wanted a nonexclusive warranty- April 04, 2017 "Poor customer service " - KyleePerrotta The customer service was deplorable. I called and spoke to a Steven G on the phone about a vehicle. That same day my husband went up to see the vehicle and spoke to a Larry who gave him his "absolute lowest price" I went online and check the stock number only to see the price on the website was $2,200 less than Larrys "lowest price". So he called Larry when he got home in which Larry had to "go look into it" two times and call back. Then I went up the next day and was told by Steven G to talk to a Steven B when I arrived and that the vehicle would be pulled up for me and even set up an apt time. I get there and the receptionist wouldn't allow me to speak to Steven B and directed me to speak to Larry once again. Well Larry was selling another vehicle to a couple and was occupied but they wouldn't let me speak to any other sales member. I was beyond annoyed at this point, and didn't feel like a valued customer. I spoke to a Phil and he couldn't locate the trucks keys or the truck that was supposed to be out front for my "scheduled appointment." Then Larry attempts to juggle selling me a truck as well as the couple he was originally taking care of. Then Larry takes my keys and has someone else check out my vehicle. That person normally works in used vehicles and is not familiar with the new car department. He comes back with an extremely low number on my vehicle, roughly 7k UNDER the KBB trade in amount. At this point they have killed my patience level and I go to the game manager, get my keys back and leave. They are unprofessional, under staffed, unorganized, and sleazy since they have quoted prices higher than marked online and low ball trade ins. They must not value customer service.

I ordered a 2021 c8 Corvette from MacMulkin. Customer service and communication was top notch from the day I gave my deposit to the day I picked up my car. Special recognition to Tommy Thompson Jr, Shane Malone and Mark M. for going beyond the call of duty.

Horrible Service Department Experience
NOT RECOMMENDED I had the absolute worse Service Department experience of my life at MacMulkin Chevrolet in Nashua. My 2019 Silverado was in for service for 17 business days and during this time I was told on several occasions that they were unable to reproduce an engine noise I had reported, until the final day. I found out that they were able to reproduce the engine noise from the beginning and just didn’t want to get into it. The first time I was told my truck was ready, 3/6/21, I demonstrated the noise to the Service reps and they agreed it was not normal and that they would get it back in the shop. On 3/20/21 I again go to pick up my truck now realizing they cannot or do not want to repair my truck. Unfortunately, the frustrations continued, I get in and the engine light is on and it makes the engine noise as soon as I start it up! The day I finally picked up my truck, 3/23/21 I was told they were “DONE” and I was not to bring my truck back there for service. The Service Manager is full of excuses for the lack of communication and lack of results. I would NOT RECOMMEND MacMulkin Chevrolet for any auto service and therefor would NOT RECOMMEND buying a vehicle there. The dealership seems to have no respect for their customers or veterans.

Hi Matt, I looked into some of the details of your service history on your vehicle that was purchased at another dealer. There were a few other issues that were addressed during the time the vehicle was here, such as a water leak, headliner replacement and a reprogram, etc. Some of these things take time and we did provide a vehicle for you. As far as the engine noise, the vehicle is operating as designed and with the aftermarket exhaust that was installed we feel the noise your experiencing is amplified without have the Original Equipment Parts on the truck. We would have gladly made any repairs necessary for you, however if it is working properly then i can't make any repair as is the case with the engine noise. Hope this helps.... Respectfully,
My 2021 Stingray
Simple and Fair. Great phone service. Kept me up to date with the build process. I would definite purchase from them in the future.

Excellent Sales Experience
Christopher G. At MacMulkin is incredibly knowledgeable about the Cadillac brand. We’ve never had someone so passionate and knowledgeable about a car product. The Sales Manager, Steve Miller is a hoot and a half (in a good way). The finance guy, Josh had us laughing the entire time we were emptying our wallet just because he had such a wonderful personality and knew what he was doing. The whole thing went well and we now have our Escalade!

Stay away from any GM vehicles. My 4-year-old Chevy...
Stay away from any GM vehicles. My 4-year-old Chevy Equinox shut itself down the other day due to the PCV failing causing the rear main valve to fail. GM was sued over this problem which they then had to do a recall but didn't included my vehicle. Instead of fixing the problem they still sold these vehicles with the problem. I bought the extended warranty on the advice of the sales rep. That should have been a red flag but without knowing that they were still having issues, I never questioned it! However, I should have been covered thru the extended warranty. But Macmulkin Chevrolet’s incompetent Repair center didn’t even put the claim in correctly. They have given 3 different stories to the warranty company. They even told the Warranty Company that the PCV malfunctioned due to lack of service which is totally untrue! You wouldn't take apart the engine to check an internal component during an oil change or tune up. This caused the Warranty company not to cover the PCV. They are only covering the rear main valve parts because that is the last submission to them from Macmulkin's repair department. I know this because I called the warranty company myself. At this point, GM or Macmulkin should be covering the repair totally for this issue. They knew the issue didn't fix it and sold cars suggesting you get the extended warranty to cover themselves. That didn't work for me. This dealership is the worst, and they need to pay for it since they didn't submit the claim properly. I did my research and knew what this issue was before I sent it to be repaired! Also, I couldn't bring it to another dealer to be fixed since it had to go back to the dealer that I bought it from due to a stipulation in the Warranty. If had my choice, it wouldn't have gone to them. They have the worst rated repair center on the area.

⚠️ Warning! This company does not care about first...
⚠️ Warning! This company does not care about first responders. If you're a first responder, do not waste your time with this dealership. Macmulkin does not want to sell a vehicle to a first responder simply because they will make more money selling it to someone else. I raised this question to manager (Tony Dillberg) that they would rather sell the vehicle to someone other than a first responder because they would would make more money and he said YES, you are correct. Unbelievable and sad.

Excellence for service
I have had nothing but highly professional caring and reasonably priced service from this dealership. The waiting area is clean with a great little restaurant for breakfast or lunch while you wait. Service writers keep you informed. It truly is an excellent operation. Hands down the best I have ever experienced and I am 70 Years old!
