It’s sad when you buy a vehicle from someone pay them

It’s sad when you buy a vehicle from someone pay them cash. You don’t try haggling with them. You come back to buy another vehicle for your other daughter and they refuse to give a fair value trade in price and don’t budge on Msrp. We called Audi of rutland 2000 off msrp and fair market trade in value instantly! We didn’t even have to haggle. Sounds more reasonable to me

Don’t waste your time!

Dealer has shady tactics which to me as a consumer is borderline unethical. The GM is unscrupulous and is a perfect fit for this organization. I have contacted AG’s office and hope they shutter the doors! I will most likely buy from the dealer in Vermont who is fair and transparent.

Love this dealership and the service!

I love the people here. Ive been servicing my late model A6 here for over a year and a half. In that time, the care and service they give is stellar. My car is always returned looking better than when I brought it in, the service people, I have dealt with Angie and John, are honest and trustworthy. The cashier is super friendly as wellI just love these people! Im looking at getting another Audi soon and have begun talking to Joe. He is super helpful and honest. He definitely looks out for the customers best interest. The reason why I will go backcustomer service, hands down. Thank you, Albany Audi!

Joe Matheson - 2006 Audi 3

"I feel like we're in an Audi commercial." That was my wife's comment as we waited at Audi Albany. We had just got on the highway leaving Albany when the hood on our 2006 Audi popped open and we couldn't get it closed. We showed up at the dealership with no appointment, no customer history, a mystery mechanical failure, and a six-hour highway drive ahead of us. We were stressed. Ted Chrimes was our personal super hero. He got the car in right away, the technician found and fixed the problem in less than an hour, and the car got a quick 20-point check (and some new windshield wipers, which we already knew we needed!) and a wash. We can't say enough about Ted's professionalism and attention. He not only calmed us down and dealt with our problem; he made us feel like regulars. The day after we arrived back home he sent a text, just to make sure we made it okay. It was the perfect final touch. We live in Toronto: he could have been polite but impersonal, since we may not be back. But he went out of his way to treat us like VIPs. That is a sign of real character and genuine attention to the customer - and it reflects extremely well on the dealership and the company. Side note: waiting in the lounge we noticed several conversations going on between various customers. Within five minutes we were chatting with someone ourselves. I commented to the man I was talking to how at ease everyone seemed and he said, "It's just like that here." I get it. We all felt like regulars. That's very special. Oh: the coffee and the donuts were also excellent.
