Terrible service experience on my 2013 Q5 last month. 1st) They misplaced my lug key from past service and I didnt even know I was driving around for ...2+ years without the ability to remove my tires...sweet??? 2nd) They failed my inspection because of tires at 4/32 when state and federal spec is 2/32??? After removing the old inspection sticker from my windshield they kindly offered to sell me new tires for $400 more than most local tire centers....Lovely huh especially since Jiffy Lube didi the inspection with no problem???. 3rd) And here's the final kicker...Because I didn't get my oil changed by them (they wanted 170.00+ by the way) they refused to reset my internal service due alarm which by the way needs a special computer and software...Fantastic GIVEN THE FACT I PURCHASED A $55,000 SUV FROM THEM. When Langan's owned this dealership they would reset it with no problem, but unfortunately this dealership is under new ownership from Florida and it's obvious the Langen's aren't running the show anymore. GM, Ford, and Chrysler make it a point and hold their dealerships accountable for poor service but when I Called Audi USA they said they have very little if no power over dealerships...Hum no accountability across this corporation either??? BUYER BEWARE!!!!....I will also be reporting them to the BBB as well as the state attorneys office for not following state and federal inspection requirements. What Audi Albany have effectively told me is they don't want my return business and at least there they have succeeded...In closing my service rep Patrick Lynch whom I have known for years was (as always) friendly and respectful which I feel needs to be noted here.
We take pride in our ability to service all of our customers' vehicles with a great attention to detail at a fair price. We also have an obligation t...o the manufacturer to follow their guidelines regarding repair or replacement items at suggested service intervals. I am sorry you had a poor experience with us. They helped me fix a problem in my car and they went above and beyond to fix a power steering pump which had gone malfunctioning.
