My car was due for a routine oil change and tire

My car was due for a routine oil change and tire rotation. Michael Bingham walked me through the process and pointed out an issue with my tires. He guided me through the process and offered up his future help with trying to recoup some compensation with the company I bought my tires from. (they are not that old and are starting to wear) Michael was very helpful with my entire visit to Lia Infiniti. I frequent Lia Infiniti both for maintenance and purchase of my car and I am always happy with my visit there. I only have one very small complaint....there wasn't a sticked put on my windshield letting me know when my next oil change is due. I rely on that sticker. BUT that is a very small issue.

Quick and courteous.

Quick and courteous. This visit was a state inspection only and Sami Dawood was helpful in getting our two cars in and through in the same hour. We appreciate the service and also received tips from the mechanic on one cars alignment. Much appreciated, keep up the great work!

The best decision by far was purchasing my vehicle from Lia Infiniti. The customer service is great. The care they take when assisting you with your vehicle makes you feel like you’re right at home. My favorite part is the complimentary vehicle washes! Or the shuttle service when dropping my vehicle off. And my absolute favorite… is the drop of my vehicle to my front door when service is complete on vehicle!William Golden Always makes the process smooth. He listens to my concerns and addresses each one individually. Gives recommendations and is very knowledgable. He makes the process of servicing my vehicle fun and easy.
