I worked with Usman Arif in the service department at Lia

I worked with Usman Arif in the service department at Lia Infiniti in Latham. While I love my QX50, I’ve unfortunately had to use their service department multiple times, a fact that I’m coming to see isn’t my favorite aspect of the car. For my inconvenience, Usman was very courteous and professional. He made sure I was in and out very quickly and the issue resolved the first time. As long as he and the rest of the staff keeps up the excellent customer service, I’ll be a returning customer. I did also order touch-up paint from them. I was told I did not receive a call or the paint because I hadn’t paid for it. So the second time, I did pay for it, but I still have not received it or a call from them, so the parts department leaves something to be desired.

Good experience.

Good experience. Mike Bingham was very helpful, professional and courteous. The reason I gave a four star instead of a five star review was due to scheduling the 30,000 mile service maintenance as the person I spoke to on the phone seem to have no real idea of what was needed.

Very good experience at Lias Infiniti.

Very good experience at Lias Infiniti. Our sale's person, Dawn Owens, was very professional in every aspect. She knows her cars. for anything we asked she either had the answer or for the one or two she didn't have on the tip of her tongue she quickly got them.

I came in to have the passenger side window serviced.

I came in to have the passenger side window serviced. I was greeted by Michael a service provider, who promptly checked me in at 9am. Approximately 2 hours later, my vehicle was ready and Celeste Hill checked me out. Michael and Celeste were prompt, courteous and knowledgeable whenever I had questions about my vehicle.
