This was my first experience with Golling Buick-GMC. My Salesmen, Jim Symth faced some issues trying to find the exact car I wanted but his diligence and perseverance allowed him to locate my vehicle and with cooperation from his manager ensured that I would be within the monthly payment amount I had budgeted. Golling employees that I have had contact with were very helpful and performed at a very professional level at all times.

Best car experience ever
Salesman has been very patient with us. We had been in a couple of times over 6 mos. or so. Couldn't decide on leasing or buying. Leasing made sense but we'd never done that. The incentives were just too much this time. And we loved the GMC Terrain, especially the one on the sales floor.

Knowledgable sales staff & great service.

Oil change
Oil change took a little longer than I would have liked, but there was quite a line. Would like some drinks (other than coffee) in waiting room.

Great Customer Service
Harvey Blitz was extremely helpful all during the process, from ordering, to even helping me get into contact with someone at Flint Assembly so I could tour the line and view my truck being assembled, to delivery. Harvey also was beneficial in informing me ofmthe Family First program that enabled me to continue to qualify for the employee discount, resulting in a $7,000 savings in this purchase. This is my third truck I've bought from Golling and with Harvey. I will continue to deal with Golling because of the great service I receive.
