There was a general lack of disclosure of all things
There was a general lack of disclosure of all things required at delivery causing excessive extra time to be spent after delivery. There was second visit to have tires swapped which was ample time to explain what was needed. No one did. No one explained that if I didn’t setup OnStar at delivery that it would be reset later and I’d have to spend several hours setting things up again. This is not acceptable. I know how GM handles customer service issues so what happened to me is not aligned with policy. At service to have the tires swapped, the service technician told me one hour but it took over 2 hours. So obviously there is an issue with providing accurate information at your dealer. Corrective actions need to be documented to determine the systemic causes of these failures.

Our Sales Manager was so helpful and personable. Explained all the technical financial parts of leasing our truck. He was able to help us disconnect a step bumper from the truck which we were unable to do. Very nice guy!
