My service advisor James was highly effective, professional and courteous. He provided me with updates on the status of my repair when the parts were delayed to the dealership. I was provided with a new Chevy Volt which I thoroughly enjoyed. The remodeled dealership was also well executed.

I have had many bad experiences with Chevrolet Dealerships in the past. They all seemed to treat you like a second class citizen. I would go out of my way to take my GMC Pickup to a Cadillac Dealer just so I would be treated decently. Heidebreicht Chevrolet is the exception. I was treated just as well as the best Cadillac Dealership. Heidebreicht makes it a pleasure to own a Chevy again!
