I do not give reviews very often - only when very bad or very good service. Service folks at Szott Ford were a pleasure to deal with.
Unfriendly and grumpy repair staff on phone and in person. One is the service manager. Would not look at bumper paint issue even though it was at the dealership... for days. Did not even write the problem up on the check out paperwork. Had trouble finding any kindness or someone to take pictures of the still peeling paint on the bumper. Wasting time and testing patience. Help!

I worked with Jessica Watkins when I bought my Edge Sport. She was awesome. I can say for certain that she is "good people". There was no hassles or surprises.... She got me everything I wanted (and then some extras just because I asked if they had them ). I love this place. I would certainly call her when the time comes.
Purchase experience was exceptional. Customer sales person (Jani) was awesome. Whole dealership is very friendly and accommodating. Free flavored coffee,... water and massaging recliners are a nice surprise!

We worked directly with Tom Mazawey and he could not have made the purchase any easier. We tested a few vehicles and he helped us make the right decision... for our life style and budget. He took care of all the paperwork, explained it all, with no hidden loop holes. He even offered to deliver the vehicle on his own time. The cherry on the sundae was his interaction with our two year old son and kept him happy and occupied while finding us the exact vehicle we needed. My lease was set to expire 7/1/19 and I was at my mileage limit. I received a few fliers reminding me that my lease was expiring - so I put it on my to-do... list. Before I could call - Stacey Bright call me!! It was so easy to work with her. She knew what I wanted and was able to get me into a new Edge for less than I was paying before.
