I am happy with the service overall.
I am happy with the service overall. However the service took longer then it should have. I had back to back appointments that morning so I called they day before to make sure my oil change and tire rotation wouldn't take longer then expected. The gentleman I spoke with assured me it would be no longer then an hour. When I checked the vehicle in I asked again and was told they would have me out in 45minutes. I had to go ask what was going on with my vehicle after an hour and 15minutes. The gentleman at the service desk had an excuse that someone had come in late so it pushed me back. As a result I ran late for my next appointment. This was annoying and made for a stressful morning. It would help in the future if they would be honest with the customer about time frame.

Great customer experience
Highly recommend this dealership! They are friendly. They took the time to explain all the car features and how they worked and answered all our questions completely. Would most certainly recommend them to family and friends. Will buy from them again. Great customer service!

Listening more carefully would help
This dealership has been our long-time dealer. Over time I am seeing problems with the service. Last year when I brought my car in, their service drop off area was so slippery I fell. I recently took my car in for a service tire monitor system error. I told the person that when I called to make the appointment. I told the service attendant that when I dropped off the car. Instead of listening to the words I said, they thought I had a tire problem and did not fix the problem. Now 2 days later, the "service tire monitor system" light came back on. I am seriously disappointed that they were unable to listen to a customer. I won't return!
