Called ahead to verify car availability.

Called ahead to verify car availability. Driving 2+ hours. Discussed paying cash or down payment and was very serious that we had strong intentions to buy. Thought the salesperson fully understood. Less than 10 minutes out and they gave the keys to someone else. We arrive and 15 minutes later find out the other person was buying the car. Fully understand need to go for the sale, but we even said we would put a down payment down! Won’t ever consider dealer again.

When I got there, I was told that the asking price for

When I got there, I was told that the asking price for the car had been increased by $2500 because of some work they had done with the safety systems. I could obtain no more detailed explanation. I ended up buying it based on the originally posted price. I was a bit disturbed, but I know it wasn't the idea of the salesman, but more the idea of the sales manager who knew I was very interested in the car. But the salesman was wonderful, as was the financing guy. (I ended up not getting the extended maintenance or their financing, but he never pushed a thing.) It's too far away for service but I'd go back there for a car1

If you want a caricature and parody of every bad car

If you want a caricature and parody of every bad car dealership, stop by Lynch! They won't disappoint in disappointing you! Our salesman "Jeremy" had a hard time putting a few sentences together that weren't composed of obvious lies. Made the experience longer and more miserable than I could have ever imagined. Even worse for some reason the social media guy "Dave I." joined the process by handing us an internal dealership memo instead of the dealer invoice. What a bunch of jokers. Refused to come off sticker price for a vehicle that sat on their lot for over a year. Waste of money. TERRIBLE! TERRIBLE! TERRIBLE! Don't MISBEHAVE like CAVEMAN "DAVE!" Go anywhere but the Lynch Mob!

Lynch and their entire team is amazing.

Lynch and their entire team is amazing. It is very clear that some people here (and on other sites) are more worried about trolling other people / people’s businesses than they are worried about themselves. If you actually understand that dealers have to make a little money to stay in business, then all is well. If you are one of the miserable “whiny” customers out there then just work on it yourself or buy it on-line!

Lynch refused to come down a penny off a vehicle that sat

Lynch refused to come down a penny off a vehicle that sat on their lot for over a year. Salesman was rude, unprofessional, and made the buying experience miserable. Tried to lowball on two trade ins. To add insult to injury this vehicle has been plagued with issues since I bought it and the dealership refused to help in a manner. Issues included: -Replaced engine -$4,2000 wort-h of suspension work -All door hinges failed -Battery failed -Interior lights failed Lynch's response, "Not our problem. You know we don't build the vehicles, right?" All this after less than 50,000 miles. If all this sounds good, head to Lynch for your next vehicle.

My experience at Lynch was great!

My experience at Lynch was great! Our salesman, Aleks, was friendly and knowledgeable. He encouraged us to take the vehicle on an overnight extended test drive when we were still on the fence about purchasing it. We did not feel pressured at all. We did decide to purchase the vehicle the next day but were pressed for time in the morning to make the purchase. The team worked quickly and Danny in the finance department was great! It was the fastest vehicle purchase I have ever been a part of. I would definitely buy from Lynch again!

Everyone I dealt with At Lynch Mukwonago from the salesman to the smart a$$ owner, Dave Lynch, were rude, lacked all professionalism and just a pain to deal with. The only exception was the finance guy. At least there was that. I was promised a "deal" on a new vehicle that had been sitting on their lot for OVER A YEAR. They refused to come down a penny. When I asked to see the invoice they showed me the INTERNAL invoice and lied stating it was from the factory. All around liars. They knew I was in a tight spot and refused to negotiate -- even though the salesman promised he'd come down off the sticker price. A terrible, manipulative experience. Everything you'd think a TERRIBLE vehicle buying experience would be come to life. DO NOT BUY HERE!
