Servidce

Oil change and recall work were both done in a very timely fashion. The staff informed us of the recall when we made the appointment and were able to accomplish both while we waited.

Great experience with Service Advisers

Service Advisors are respectful, helpful and genuinely committed to solving the vehicle concerns. Even though the engine noise is intermittent and elusive to pinpoint, the Advisor committed to find/resolve.

great experience

The staff was very knowledgable and personable. The showroom was beautifully clean as well as the bathrooms. You had a very large selection of vehicles and I am extremely happy with the new Jeep I bought. Mr. Groover did everything possible to make the vehicle purchase go smoothly and quickly. He is definitely a great asset to your dealership!

Great experience, great buying, great service.

I was able to make a service appointment rather quickly for both of our vehicles at a time that worked for our schedules. I had employees walking by saying 'good morning' while I was waiting for an oil change which was very nice. The employees have a great attitude in the Mukwonago office from the top down. My salesman who we bought our cars from, Don, came up to say hi. The Sales Manager, Todd, came up and said hi and asked if there was anything that I needed while I was waiting. When I was checking out at the service counter, the Mechanic, Seth, was there to say hi. I typically try and request him for any work done on my vehicles....that guy is great to work with and I truly feel like he will get whatever that needs to be worked on fixed properly. There was a recall and also some hardware updates that needed to be done in the past and he took the time to explain everything me. I also had a great conversation with the GM, Mark. Dealing with Lynch is and has been a great experience, way above the norm for the auto industry. Not only are the employees nice and genuine, but they truly care about the community and the support is quite amazing. We appreciate the support that you give to the schools and the sports which I can say directly affect us in the football, softball and hockey programs. Thank you for your support and for allowing a top-notch buying and servicing experience. We are life customers!!!

Great, and friendly.

I liked the over all of the sales man that we worked with, how he treated us, and talked to us. And what he know about the car. Even the young lady in doing the paper work was very informative.

Dodge Ram 1500

The representative was very patient and informative. I felt calm, unrushed and confident at the same time. At the end of the day I received a great vehicle and received great reviews from family, friends and others. Most definitely I will refer others to check out lynch before going somewhere else for they will have what you are looking for
