I leased my new chevy trax in july and came in for my first free oil change. I am not one for reviews but I have to share my story. I was hesitant on leasing and I always purchasew my cars. scott was very patient with me while I test drove multiple vehicles and he went over my payment options which I liked. where my faith was restored in dealerships was when I sat down with the finance director julia, she took her time answering all of my many questions with a smile and really made me feel comfprtable with my new lease. i knew what to expect at the end and she went over options that i didnt even know were available for a lease. she explained everything with great detail, even I understood what was going on. i really recommend vic canver in fenton. ask for julia and scott!

Drove all the way out to buy a over priced part.

Drove all the way out to buy a over priced part. That they couldnt look it up with out the vin number. But Randy wise had no problem. Incompetent or lazy. No sure how much you make but you waisted a hour and half of my time. You will never see again.
