This is the worst company and service dealership i have ever experienced or could imagine anyone experiencing. In november 2017 i purchased and paid cash... for a brand new 2018 ford raptor roughly 83,000 cash with every option offered. Additionally, i bought the extended warranty platinum service plan and many more options. In January i brought the truck in for service to Lasco ford and because the service rep there told me they could put different ford performance parts on my truck that wouldn't void my warranty and would increase my trucks performance. this sounded great so i prepaid them over 8000 cash for these different tunes. keep in mind this place is 2 hours away from house and i own a small business and work my butt off over 80 hours a week and when i am not there i lose revenue. since that time my truck is approaching around 130 days that it has been in service on 9 or 10 different trips. Finally my engine blew last week and almost blew up on the expressway and i can hardly get a response from them so i had to get my own rental which i have rental coverage through ford plan. ford has also denied my lemon law claim and more so now i will have to go through arbitration lawyers to sue them both! i will not let this go as it was my dream truck and i paid so much money for this truck and they have treated me like crap. I have decided it is either time this is made right like now or I will be entering a lawsuit against them
Advertised deal, I asked if I qualified many times over and over again... they strung me along for 30 minutes only when I said I want to do the deal to... boost the least rate by $200 per month and then tell me I should still getting a good deal
I’ve been to at least 7 dealerships looking to purchase a used car and every single one of them have been absolutely horrible and there sales people... don’t try to sell a car or help you but here it was completely different they took me through every step of the buying process and let me take the cars out for test drives and take pictures as well also they are very friendly and want to help you and are interested in helping you and are very generous, if you are looking to purchase a used car from this dealership I highly recommend Richard Alaniz he’s a super nice guy and is super generous and really wants to help you in every way possible he is a very well spoken charismatic guy who you will be gurenteed to like and he’ll make you laugh and make you feel apart of the dealership family he is by far the best sales guy in the whole dealership and I hope you guys get to meet him I highly recommend this dealership and I highly recommend Richard Alaniz
Have a drive line shake on my 2017 F250 diesel after 2000 miles when towing camper. Was told that I would have a ford motor tech come in to do test drive... to find were it coming from. Had to wait till I had 20000 miles on it. So I am told that he will be in to drive it May 11 or 12 2018. So I dropped it off and today May 22 2018 I’m being told that he didn’t drive it. All they did is hook it up to a computer and drive it for 2 hours. They said that the computer said there is an unknown vibration but with in spec. But in the same breath they tell me that they were thinking about a shin kit that they are afraid to put in. Possibly a rack and pinion issue. I called ford motor direct and was told twice that they did a pedal adjustment. But call ford today and it is no longer in the computer info. So it vanished! So now I’m being told to pick my truck up it is done. They need the space so come and get my truck and camper. So my ? Is if nothing is wrong why did they have it so long , and why would they think about rack and pinion , shin kit. So once again nothing gets done. So buyer beware !!!! Not all F250 can pull the wait of a pull behind camper but it not fords problem it yours.
Traveled from Ohio for an F150, did not get along with an arrogant salesperson the first time around. Worked with Michael Bailey the second time around... and was totally different process, good communicator and genuine personality. My advice if you see a good deal and get rubbed the wrong way, ask to use a different salesperson, there are decent people there.
Andy an lady made my appointment for March 26,2018 to bring my car in an get it fix. Today is March 26,2018 i was told i had no appointment not very happy... over that i feel my time an gas was wasted due to lasco ford service department. They never called me to let me know they cancelled my appointment. I call that bad business. Remind you i brought my car from there brand new. Someone not doing their job.
