AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP!!! Horrible experience buying a new car....go to any other dealership you can but run away (fast) from Lasco Ford. If I could give a negative star rating --- I would!

Dealer response

Hi, we’re very sorry to hear that your experience with our dealership left you feeling this way. This is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide to our customers. Unfortunately, with the limited information provided, we’re unable to look into your specific situation further and reach out to you directly. We would truly appreciate the opportunity to learn more about what happened and see if there is anything we can do to address your concerns. Please call 810-629-2255 and ask for Dave or Kelsey.

I recently bought a used 2025 Ford Expedition Max remotely from Lasco Ford in Michigan while living in New York, and the entire experience was excellent. Scott Cooley made the whole process incredibly easy from start to finish. He was very responsive, answered all of my questions quickly, and made me feel comfortable buying a vehicle from out of state. Scott really went the extra mile to make sure everything was handled correctly, especially with delivery and registration since I was in a different state. That could have easily been a stressful process, but he made it smooth and straightforward. On top of that, Lasco Ford had the best price I could find on the vehicle. The financing process was also simple and hassle-free, with no pressure or attempts to sell me a bunch of extra add-ons I did not want. Overall, this was one of the easiest car-buying experiences I have had, and I would definitely recommend Scott Cooley and Lasco Ford to anyone, especially if you are considering buying from out of state.

Dakota is great in sales very smooth no problems at all would buy from him but not recommend dealer for parts or service. Found the parts department to be somewhat incompetent and no follow up back from service department on repairs told being delayed by Ford called Ford. they had no records of even being contacted about my truck from Lasco

Dakota was the best on sales very smooth. Everything was great. Found the parts department to be somewhat incompetent and looking up information for a vehicle found service department has no interest in warranty. Repairs told they needed Ford authorization three weeks later no return calls or emails went to another Ford dealer everything covered without any xx. Nothing had to be submitted to Ford for preapproval.

Scheduled an appointment to look at a used truck and drove three hours, but when I got there, they had somebody else purchasing it. Pretty much told me sorry there’s nothing they can do and have a nice trip home. The look on the manager’s face when he realized how bad the salesman screwed up, not sure this guy will even have a job anymore

Worst experience my husband and I had buying a used vehicle. We should have just left but we ended up making the purchase. We had made an appointment with Dakota which was the worst sales rep I have ever dealt with. We had everything lined up before we arrived at our appointment due to it being a 4hr round trip for us and we did not have all day to be at the dealership. They were well aware of this but continued to keep us there for almost 5hrs. and ignoring us while helping other customers. Another sales rep had offered to take us due to her not having any customers, but Dakota said no, he had all our information. During this time, we asked for spare keys 4 times during our appointment and Dakota kept saying he will have them ready. After purchasing the vehicle and signing all the paperwork, they then told us they have no spare key or a key to the locked tonneau cover and expressed their apologies, lunch was delivered and they were eating. I was so furious! The manager then says we will get ahold of the previous owner or send someone out to have keys made. After 16 days of still no extra keys the rear camera went out. My husband is currently trying to get them to fix this issue, but they are impossible to get ahold of. They ignore phone and text messages. After a few days of trying to call, we were finally able to make an appointment. They have already changed their story in the last few calls. First, they said they will fix the vehicle and it won't take long, they will give us a loaner in the meantime, but we need a credit card for the loaner. My husband and I do not have credit cards, so we refused the loaner. Now they are saying it could take months to get it fixed. I have currently owned this vehicle now for 19 days, still no spare keys and the rear camera is out! If they sit on this truck for longer than we've owned it, I will be calling Ford's Corporate Customer Service and report Lasco to the business bureau if this continues to be such a hassle. I have never been this furious or treated so poorly in my life. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone.

Don't Ever buy a vehicle from lasco Ford. None of the locations. They're nothing but a liars. I purchased a honda c r v supposedly certified. They stated, I didn't have seats or a sunroof which I did when I went to get an oil change, they had not even checked the cargo filter because it was full of c.Ds. They tried to keep the hundred ninety nine dollar rebate and replace it with two lousy oil changes. They did not detail my car. When I went to use the windshield wipers , all I did was smear dirt all over the frickin' windshield. Had to go back to get them replaced.Jeff didn't have any common sense to change the back one until I made him. There is no actual signature of certification. I don't believe they ever certified the car. I talked to jay lasco , whose who stated he is company is certified for good service for the past five years , which is a lie. Back.\nIn 2015, whoopi and You've been terrible ever since i'm sure with all these bad reviews. They should not even be in business. Liars and thieves.

I have recently purchased tires and had few other service items performed on my car at Lasco Ford in Fenton. I must say just my experience was wonderful. I worked with David McDaniel and I must say he was excellent right from the get go. He was on point, great communicator, and he got me great deal on my tires. I was impressed with the efficiency and hight quality of service I have received, not to mention a competitive pricing. I feel very that Lasco Ford Service Team exceeds expectations when it comes to customer satisfaction and customer retention. Thank you David for being an excellent service adviser. I will make my appointment for February as we discussed my 30,000 miles maintenance plan for my car. Happy New Year to Lasco Ford Team. Thank you for all you do!

Josh was excellent in helping select used car. But the car didn't last 25 hours before throwing multiple error codes and check engine lights. I went to two dealerships and one advised not to use until sorted out. Called sales manager No offer to repair of deal with. waiting for review by another Ford dealer for review of true status and negotiate a settlement.
