I went in thinking I'd be unhappy unless I could get a very certain style. Not only did Kayla exceed all expectations when working with me, she showed me a model that was much more in my price range and still had everything I wanted. I didn't give up the Escape I purchased from Lasco in 2009 because I love it so much...but must admit that my Explorer is a sweet ride! Kudos to Kayla! I'll see you again in a few years, but in the meantime I will recommend you to everyone I know. When it came to financing, I was not interested in dealing with anyone other than my credit union. Shoen Newsome just asked if he could try to get me better interest rates, and he actually cut the rate in 1/2. "Shoen is the xxxx." It needs to be the new slogan on his flat-panel desk.

I came in with my fiancé, not sure if we could get financed. Emily was understanding and helpful, suggesting the best vehicle for us and out financial situation and needs of our family. She got us to a payment that fit our budget and Jake in finance showed us some additional coverages that we wanted to purchase that helped protect our vehicle purchase. We will be back to get another vehicle after my fiancé's lease is up in September!
