I could not have asked for a better Sales Consultant....
I could not have asked for a better Sales Consultant. Mike Goldsworthy was very friendly, patient, and understanding. He wasn't like any other sales person that I have encountered in the past. He didn't have that "shark tank" mentality to just hurry me into a sale and move on to the next customer. We discussed and carefully addressed every vehicle that I was interested in until I came to a final selection. I wasn't sure that I would get approved for anything considering my compromised credit history and a recent bankruptcy. I live an hour away and I told my Sales Consultant Mike my situation and mentioned that if I wasn't approved that I may even need a ride home. He told me if I didn't get approved that he would in fact take home. "Where they do that at"? I love my experience at Lasco Ford and all of the staff there was great. I have recommended Mike to at least 10 people within the last 3 days. Thanks Again, Sparkle

My experiences with Lasco Ford have always been great which is why I continue to return. I leased a 2013 Ford Escape to replace my 2012 Ford Edge Sport on a trade in. Mikes knowledge of the product line was outstanding. He checked and double checked to make sure this was the vehicle that was best going to serve my families needs. He was great!

I was able to test drive a Ford Fiesta and enjoyed it very much. I was looking for a car that would get good gas mileage and handled easily. I was especially impressed with the large trunk area in the Fiesta. Jake was very good about explaining each step in the process. I appreciate his help.

I rated everything Great, except price. I feel it was still to high, it was in our max area. Sean Fortner was given us, after we came in with a letter specifically naming Steve Smith, and I felt pawned off. But he went above and beyond to try and get this deal threw. It took way longer then expected but he did it, and for that I am grateful. I was disappointed that he wouldn't get all the credit on this sale, when Steve Smith did nothing with us. He met us as we came in, sat with us less then 5 mins and then handed us off. Had it not bee for Sean I would have rated the Customer Service much lower, as we communicated with Steve earlier on phone, and told him we were coming, with this letter sent by Lasco with his name on it. I think that Sean deserves all the credit for this sale, and a job well done.

My husband and I have purchased several vehicles over the years and are very pleased with the Lasco Ford dealership. Our first was a used truck, and then years and years later, not one, but TWO new trucks. The inventory there is excellent, btw, and I searched many other websites that might be just a little closer to home, all to no avail.....Lasco's has the best selection of new vehicles IMO. The sales personel has always been excellent. Very courteous, helpful, super polite and not the 'usual 'annoying' salespersons'. We very much appreciate their helpful staff at Lasco's. We were never rushed to make any quick decisions! I once drove a truck that I had chosen home, and it was my husbund who chose a more high end model! I am glad he did! We have loved every vehicle we purchased and also traded the same in towards the new ones. And felt their offers on those were pretty fair...better than other dealerships trades. I know we will return again, (hopefully not too soon, as vehicles ARE a rather large investment!!), but yes, I would encourage our friends and family to travel the distance to Lasco/Fenton for their next best vehicle purchase! I'm sure they will be glad they did, too!
