Friendly staff but wait time is a little long and it’s very difficult to get a hold of anyone. I was on hold twice, transferred to voicemail, left a message and no one ever called me back. EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING & DISAPPOINTED in that.

I had a great experience with the latest work done by Barber Ford when the radio on my F-150 did not work. Barber Ford came to me house to get my truck and then brought my truck back when the radio was repaired. That made it very convenient for me. I want to especially thanks Jake Gregory of Barber Ford for handling this for me. I give him the very highest rating!!!!!

The dealership came to me house to get my truck and then later returned it after the radio was repaired. That made this very convenient to me. I purchased a used truck from barber.
I purchased a used truck from barber. Three days later I brought it back with transmission issues. They gave me a loaner car for free and took Care of the transmission bill. Very nice to see people stand behind their products and do the right thing. Thankyou!
