Had a brake issue on my 2014 Explorer Limited. Service at Barber was able to get me in in a timely manner, diagnosed the problem, called me with that info for a decision, and did a great job fixing it!

Maintenance Records and Service
I dropped my Ford Fusion 2016 off for Oil Change, Radiator Flush and Fill, Tune-up Spark plug install, and 4 Wheel Alignment. I was greeted and my car was brought inside. Later when I picked up the car I was just told to pay and the car will be in designated area. To my surprise, I was not given any paperwork on the Chart showing Calibration for Alignment, what my percent of brakes left on pads, percentage of tire wear...etc? Nothing to show me what was inspected etc.. I ask my service person for paperwork and all she gave me was a sheet of items but none were checked and nothing was written down to show me.. Felt like did I get Spark plugs changed, Did my radiator really get flushed and filled, and did I get a 4 wheel Alignment... Why I ask all this is because I had new struts and shocks put on and i was told to make sure to get a Alignment or tires will wear badly like my last pair did... JUST WANT TO MAKE SURE THE WORK WAS DONE. Alot of money spent that day.... Thanks for listening
