Barber Ford has serviced all of my cars and my truck. My recent car purchase, and the exchange of one of my older cars, has been no exception to their high standards. Dustin, the salesman, made the transaction/transfer far easier then I had expected. The sales transaction included contacting my insurance company to notify them of the purchase. This service went above and beyond my expectations. The car looks (nicely detailed) and preforms as I come to expect from reliable Ford autos. I will continue to rely on Barber Ford for all of my auto service needs. The only negative comment is that after I should have asked for the additional $500 Ford Motor was offering for trade-ins.

Service was very slow. I had an appointment at 1pm for an oil change the works and wasn't completed until 3pm. Why bother having appointments if it takes that long.

Barber Ford has always been there and helpful with my Lincoln Nautilus. Great and friendly staff, knowledgeable, and fast service. I recently called them late in the day because my vehicle wouldn’t start. It was totally dead. They sent the mobile service van out after 6p and replaced my battery! I can’t tell you how pleased I was! Didn’t have to have vehicle towed out of garage and to the dealership. Service was quick, easy and they sent all the paperwork via email the next day. Having the mobile service is the best thing ever! Thank you!!!
