Service was very slow. I had an appointment at 1pm for an oil change the works and wasn't completed until 3pm. Why bother having appointments if it takes that long.

Barber Ford has always been there and helpful with my Lincoln Nautilus. Great and friendly staff, knowledgeable, and fast service. I recently called them late in the day because my vehicle wouldn’t start. It was totally dead. They sent the mobile service van out after 6p and replaced my battery! I can’t tell you how pleased I was! Didn’t have to have vehicle towed out of garage and to the dealership. Service was quick, easy and they sent all the paperwork via email the next day. Having the mobile service is the best thing ever! Thank you!!!
