2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee Transmission Problem

am very happy

we were very satisfied with the sales crew at Lithia Dodge. Taylor Jenkins was very great in his selling of the truck to us. He went out of his way to make sure we were happy with our purchase. The service department have been very helpful with any questions we have had after purchase.

We was looking help with the engine light came on and they found something else was more to fix the engine light didn't come on again after made the appointment so thing needed attention.

Not sure what the title is

I take my truck in to have it detailed inside and the detailer is wonderful. I have seat covers that arent easy to get back on but he never complains and is so nice to work with. My truck looks better than brand new when I get it back.

Above and Beyond

I had a check engine light come on the day before a critical road trip, so I went to the dealer who figured out the problem and even though he did not have room for me that day, did everything he could to make sure my vehicle was repaired by the end of the day, saving me from having to rent a car for my trip.

Make an appointment

I was in for an oil change and a headlight out. I made an appointment. Things go way faster that way. Had coffee... Everyone was nice.... No problems with my car! The headlight was just unplugged!

Dodge nitro service

Had an oil change and had to have a sensor replaced. The part that we needed had to be ordered. Dodge is working with our scheldule so it can be replaced. So far happy with our experience.

Radio replacement

Our service manager Ray Imbgliazzo dose a great job. Explains Everything that was done, makes sure we are totally satisfied with repair or service. He makes our visit non stressful
