Ripped off for over $7000.00 Clyde the sales man from xxxx ,The WORLD'S WORST! !!! . He didn't tell me the hole deal and cost me a lot I wood not tell... anyone to Go here , GO Anywhere But here !!!!!

I was lured in by a fair price. It wasn't what I would call a great deal...just a fair price on what I was looking for. I had to fight hard to get what... was promised at the point of sale and now six months after the sale I am still waiting for my registration. I was promised an install on an item that was not included on the vehicle and the called to tell me it was in. It was sold with installation so I went there to have it installed and they refused. The told me I had to schedule it in. After the sale, my sales man would not even take my calls. I wish I kept shopping because I know I could have found a better deal at a better dealership.

Honestly the best car buying experience ever! Our salesman Todd was courteous, personable, patient (we brought a two and six year old with us) and an all... around great guy to purchase from!! We will absolutely buy another car from them in the future! Highly recommended from a family that purchases a car every few years!!
Went here to see a 2013 ford escape titanium they had for sale on Friday August 16th but used car manager took it home. Instead of having him or her bring... it back for us to see it our salesman Kevin tells us he will call us Saturday morning August 17th to let us know what time vehicle will be there . Well he calls us at 8:45 am and tells us vehicle will be there by 11:30 am we say great we are really interested. So we are headed to dealership when Kevin calls at 10:30 am and says its sold . Funny how a vehicle sold when it was supposed to be there at 11:30 am so my husband goes there and they say well you should of put deposit down. Really vehicle wasn't there when we came in there on friday. This dealership is unprofessional and will never purchase a vehicle from them if this is how they treat there customers. I am tell all my friends and family and posting all over social media.

todd slade is an amazing guy to work with. super friendly, funny, and honest. he worked very hard and efficiently. i highly recommend him for sure
We found a used car we liked. during the process we pointed out things that needed to be taken care of. Our salesman of course said no problem and made... promises that we had to fight to get done. the purchase process where we were directed to sign on the dotted line... turns out we were directed to sign the wrong line. We needed to come back and sign again. Then contacted we had to come in to sign again, the excuse .. The Bank lost the paperwork. Oh and I am having a hard time getting them to call me back about the temporary registration that has expired. Three calls today no call backs. To do this again we wouldn't.
2 times I went in for scheduled repairs or service. 2 plus hours for an oil change and 1 complete day for a recall that they said would be done mid afternoon... not 9 pm. Very slow and Tom the service writer sounded like he didn't even care about my concerns. I leased my truck and my girlfriend was going to look at escapes for a lease but I'll take her to another dealership.

Brought my F-150 for inspection. Appointment was for 11:45, dropped it off at 8AM & did not hear from them all day. Went back at 4PM and was told they... were just finishing up & had to wait ( thought it odd that I saw it in the back lot). Then I made an appointment for my 85,000 mile service, called to inquire as to the time of the appointment since I did not receive an email confirmation. I was told that my appointment was for the following week & someone would call me regarding the time (computer was slow & couldn’t provide it at that moment). I did not hear from anyone, called on the “appointment day” & was told I did not have an appointment! I have purchased several cars from DeLacey but have lost faith in the dealership. I’m looking at West Herr or Basil for a reliable service department.
This is the worst service dept. possible. Went there one year after I bought the truck, terrible. They said I didn't have appt and made me wait hours just... for an oil change. Swore I'd never come back. 4 yrs later had to have the truck towed because it wouldn't start. They let the truck sit there for 5 days without even looking at it. Ended up getting the truck towed elsewhere at my own expense to be fixed. Would never go back there and tell all my friends and relatives to go anywhere else but Delacy to buy or get service.

The service dept. forgot to put my next oil change mileage sticker on the windshield. It always seems I get a bunch of service coupons via email, right... after I have service done to my car, not before the service.
