had a simple recall on my van, no issues going in.

had a simple recall on my van, no issues going in. Van starts knocking hard within two miles of the dealership. I politely asked lynn and joe to repair it. They told me over two weeks later there was nothing wrong and I would be paying the tow. I asked why there was oil coming out of the transmission and they said not our problem. Right. I've been coming here for many years and will never return.

i have purchased atleast 10 vehicles here but will never

i have purchased atleast 10 vehicles here but will never buy another one. service is pathetic,most recently had to have my wifes explorer towed in.10 days later im still waiting for them to look at it,also was told im 9th on waiting list for a loaner,after numerous calls to service during those 10 days with no return call,finally got ahold of somebody only to tell me im still 9th on list for a loaner and nobody has looked at our explorer.

Sick and tired of the hail divots on my hood and trunk

Sick and tired of the hail divots on my hood and trunk lid of my beautiful old Lexus. Spoke to Kimo and Jeff in DeLacy bodyshop. They gave me an incredible estimate to not only fix the hail damage, but blend the lower rocker panels and roof top as well the was sun damaged(Florida car). They took their time, informing me daily on the status and a week later Kimo asked me to come in and It was Gorgeous! It looks like a new car! Great work, super nice guys, the price was amazing! I can't recommend this shop and these guys enough.

Before I say anything, go to this dealership! It's worth it! I was sold my first car here and admittedly I went in with a bit of a poker face on. But, to my Surprise, not once was I ever left feeling like I was being taken advantage of. I worked with Ken Blaszak who's one of the most genuine salesman I've met. He was excellent as well as the manager. I was given a fair price for my vehicle and not once was I left in the dark as to what was going on. There are some great people at that dealership and I couldn't recommend any other place than here.
